Gonna properly keep track on here for a bit, so i can hopefully see what needs tweaking myself :)

Plus, when i keep track properly, it keeps me on track, so i'll be filling the chat thread up less with every single morsel that passes my lips Grin

Snack at playgroup - cup of liquorice tea, glass of water, half a bag of pork scratchings

I did check the carb count though, 2.6g in each of them, which isnt huge is it? Or have I had a stupid moment? I have constant brain fog, causes a lot of 'blonde' moments Blush

Are you sure? That sounds very low!

However, if it was that low, that's fine - just beware that you're letting chocolate creep in ...
