Gonna properly keep track on here for a bit, so i can hopefully see what needs tweaking myself :)

Yesterday...

Breakfast - scrambled egg with smoked salmon, cream cheese and courgette. Black coffee

Lunch - avocado and hm mayo. Black coffee

Dinner at mums - chicken wings, bacon and mushroom frittata, salad (lettuce, cucumber, red onion, olives) with olive oil, cheese. Another black coffee

4 litres of water

Then went way off track, ate loads of rock cakes, so many that i was sick. So hopefully they wont count. Hmm

Snack after sick, handful of macadamias

Food today shall be mainly liquid based, to attempt to fix my carby faceplant.

Breakfast - large bpc
Litre of water

Lunch will be green smoothie - avocado, courgette, spinach, coconut oil, greek yoghurt. Will see what else is there to chuck in at lunch time.
