Gonna properly keep track on here for a bit, so i can hopefully see what needs tweaking myself :)

Plus, when i keep track properly, it keeps me on track, so i'll be filling the chat thread up less with every single morsel that passes my lips Grin

I am finding this thread inspiring. I failed at bootcamp last year. Think I will try again. Please can I ask two questions?
What is bpc?
Do you freeze cream into ice cubes or did I misread? Really enjoyed the cream in coffee thing but found it didn't keep well so ended up wasting a lot.

BeyondDoesBootcamp · 27/05/2015 17:55

Thank you coper :)

A bpc is a bulletproof coffee. Its black coffee whizzed up with coconut oil and butter. It ends up kind of like a coconutty latte

I did try freezing cream, but it separated when defrosting and wasnt particularly nice. Might be okay for cooking, but it didnt work in coffee. I'm sure i have seen others do it though, so maybe i'm doing something wrong!
