Gonna properly keep track on here for a bit, so i can hopefully see what needs tweaking myself :)

Plus, when i keep track properly, it keeps me on track, so i'll be filling the chat thread up less with every single morsel that passes my lips Grin

I keep a tab open on my ipad, seperate from my usual mn one, so i can just update it all the time Grin

I've lost 10lbs, but then i put a little back on when i went away, so just getting back down to my lowest (i know it doesnt sound like much, but i am a wheelchair user which means my exercise is like, nothing).

Early breakfast today of 2 skinny sausages, then late breakfast of berries and yoghurt. Litre of water and coffee with cream

Didnt have lunch as wasnt hungry, but now dinner is in about 90mins and i'm starting to get peckish. Dinner will be pretty much the same as yesterday (chicken, avo salad and cauli mash) except its part of a whole chicken today, not just a thigh

Off day yesterday as it was ds2's birthday and having run round all day and not eaten, i realised too late that none of the party food was bc friendly. But having one meal all day, my calories cant be too high, even if the carbs were a bit mental... Hmm did stick to drinking just water though, which is something...

Lunch yesterday was avocado in olive oil dressing with coleslaw, then dinner was mixed kebab with salad and garlic mayo. Had at least four litres of water.
