Gonna properly keep track on here for a bit, so i can hopefully see what needs tweaking myself :)

Plus, when i keep track properly, it keeps me on track, so i'll be filling the chat thread up less with every single morsel that passes my lips Grin

Dinner - sausages, fried veg (leek, brocolli) in butter

Awful trapped wind, wonder if its the swede - havent had it for a few weeks? Confused will make a note and see when it next happens

D - yoghurt with berries and almonds
Just under 3 l water, a black coffee and a herbal tea

Today
B - 2 streaky bacon and scrambled egg with spinach, coffee with cream
L (mums) - 3 bacon, 1 sausage, fried egg, fried mushrooms
S - coffee with cream, dark choc and macadamias
D - chicken with hm mayo and fried veg (mushrooms, asparagus, spring onion
