Morning all. Sorry for the late start of the thread.

Spreadsheet of Fabulousness is here

and we also have our lovely Weight Tracker

Hope you all have a good week!

And interested to see how you fared after Ubercamp, those of you who braved it!

So this week is 'just' Bootcamp Grin

... although if it's suiting you, you can continue to do Ubercamp.

For me:

B: yoghurt (I missed having this for my breakfast last week!)
L: Pret-a-Manger Italian chicken salad
D: Egg fried cauliflower rice, with shallot, chilli, garlic, mushrooms and a few peas (just for colour really - hardly any!), lemon and soy sauce

Haven't weighed yet, will do tomorrow.
So glad to be back on the dairy..
Baked Camembert for dinner with cucumber sticks for dipping!
Also, my trainer back from hols today so got a session booked for the morning. Can't wait!

Well done for all the losses, hoping for a wee loss here too!!

trinitybleu · 28/07/2014 22:49

Will weigh in the morning - ran out of time this morning...

B - Greek yogurt and cream
S - mini Pepperami
L - ham, cheese, salad, mayo
D - goats cheese, salami, Sun dried tomatoes, green salad

Am feeling good!

BIWI · 28/07/2014 23:01

trinity - a lot of processed meat going on there ...

OP posts:
trinitybleu · 28/07/2014 23:10

Knew you were going to say that! It was an empty fridge day but Asda man came tonight so will prob be none for a few days now Smile

Do we avoid because it's better to eat unprocessed?

BIWI · 28/07/2014 23:11

Yes - we're trying to eat fresh, natural and unprocessed food as much as possible.

Why do we have so many leaving nights at my work?! Luckily it was a Brazilian restaurant so plenty of meat! though I did have some watermelon martinis again

trinitybleu · 29/07/2014 07:28

5lbs off for the week, but that's 1lb on since Friday Sad

BestIsWest · 29/07/2014 07:54

3, nearly 4 lbs off which I'd great since I had been on a boy of a stall for the last 3 weeks following on from the last bootcamp.

BIWI · 29/07/2014 08:49

That's good to hear, BestisWest!

And trinity - that's still 5lbs! 10 packs of lard, if it helps?

OP posts:
questions2008 · 29/07/2014 08:56

I weighed this morning and I'm down 4.5 lbs. Yay. I have another 40 to go, so it's going to take a few more bootcamps! Grin

trinitybleu · 29/07/2014 08:57

I know - just wondering what changed over the weekend ... thinking maybe the brunches or the vodka?

5 gone, 150 to go Grin

BestIsWest · 29/07/2014 09:18

Relieved to be able to have yoghurt for breakfast again. I love eggs or halloumi for breakfast but the effort of cooking them at 5:30 am is a bit too much sometimes.

Marshy · 29/07/2014 09:20

Thanks Sayra Smile

Good start today:

B: one piece of bacon, mushrooms and a scrambled egg
L: I put a salad together this morning and it's in my bag with a ring pull can of tuna in oil
D: not sure yet but lots in the fridge.

May do another spin class tonight if I'm home from work early enough.

Have a good day everyone

SchroSawMargeryDaw · 29/07/2014 09:30

Yesterday was 6 slices of bacon, mayo and 2 BPCs.

Today so far has been a sugar free red bull (had to run out to take the toddler to nursery).

trinitybleu · 29/07/2014 09:49

lol ... went to the loo and then reweighed ... am claiming that result as my weeks loss Grin Grin

Firsttimer7259 · 29/07/2014 10:27

ha ha trinity

Ive been stalled for almost a week now and getting a bit grr about it. Odd thing is I always stall at this precise weight. I have another one a few pounds up that I also always stall at but for less long. Its weird, and I used to think psychological, but now I think these are set points for my body where I lose size but nothing registers on the scale - does anyone else have this?

Must try to be patient with this...

SchroSawMargeryDaw · 29/07/2014 10:31

First I am definitely getting slimmer, clothes are far far looser and the scales and even the tape is showing no difference really! I think it must be some sort of shift in shape.

BestIsWest · 29/07/2014 10:35

I find the tape is showing no difference in most places except my arms and neck. No difference in my waist or hips though my clothes are looser.

BestIsWest · 29/07/2014 10:38

Did I just see baked Camembert mentioned up thread. Why haven't I thought of doing that!

readyforno2 · 29/07/2014 10:59

Yep. That was me! Was delicious!

1lb down for me. Serves me right after drinking on Friday night.
Still one down is better than one up!

Today, haven't had breakfast yet as I was at the trainer, maybe some cucumber dipped in Philly
L - salad with tuna mayo
D - garlic and pepper duck breast from lidl and some kind of veg

MontserratCaballe · 29/07/2014 11:11

Over ordered on the eggs and so have made neris and india's sausage muffins. Like a Spanish omelette without potato a d in individual helpings. They smell great. Hurray.

Am only 2lb down but trousers of truth are much looser. The shorts which I bought in may when I was biiiiig can now come down without being undone. Small steps.

Well done to all the losers. Great work. Manly pat on back to all who are disappointed. Keep on keeping on Smile

NigellasGuest · 29/07/2014 11:29

questions2008 thanks for the info upthread a little re. egg fast. I've also seen the egg fast thread as well now. Sounds a bit like the fat fast, which worked for me in the past! Will definitely bear it in mind for a couple of weeks time, after which I (hopefully) will be nicely back into the LC-ing habit...

miffy49 · 29/07/2014 11:30

I'm soooo jealous of all you big losers! On the spread sheet I'm half a pound down. On my trend line its actually a pound but I'd hoped for better. I have had no cream or cheese for 2wks now and I even measure out my Greek yoghurt so that I don't sneak in any extra. I feel really peevish when I read what some of you are eating (and drinking) and yet the weights dropping off! Really feel like chucking it all in some days.
