LOL Pisses, no worries Grin

miffy49 · 28/07/2014 13:28

I'm already on the spreadsheet Pisses. Put my start weight in last wk. Like Treasures I thought the Weight Tracker was something different.

Hoping to weigh in tomorrow and will update then. Had a bad morning with the old joints after trying to help hubby with some gardening yesterday. Had to get downstairs pdq to answer door to a courier and then couldn't get back up so I decided sod it and had a bit of breakfast first. Refuse to weigh that extra coffee and coconut as I need all the help I can get!! Grin

The spreadsheet and the weight tracker are two different things. I an on my phone but I assume that the link biwi posted isn't working.

Oolaroola, I just checked the spreadsheet and I can still see you on it.

Others, add your name to the bottom, your start weight and today's weight and I will sort sheet later.

SayraT · 28/07/2014 14:36

Ok, just checked again. The sheet linked to in the op is from the last bc not this current one. I will sneak on at work soon and ad correct link.

StuntNun · 28/07/2014 14:40

WEIGHT TRACKER
Does this link work for everyone?

KateMumsnet · 28/07/2014 14:42

Hello everyone - just popping in to say that the Weight Tracker link in BIWI's first post should be working now (and linked again here for added convenience!)

Hello, I am back on the wagon and aiming to lose half a stone (and then another half a stone)! It looks like lots of you are doing really well and I hope it will rub off on me.....

What is the egg fast? Is it just eating egg for a day or two?

SayraT · 28/07/2014 15:39

Bollocks SPREADSHEET

questions2008 · 28/07/2014 16:10

hi nigella, egg fast was yes just that, only eggs and bit of cheese for three days, and then a day after on 2 meals of eggs to ease off. a few of us did it for 3 days. It's meant to break a stall. In general, I think we found it quite restrictive and following on from the 3 days some suffered from greater than usual carb cravings. so consensus was to use only when really necessary. It did produce results though.

Cluckingmad · 28/07/2014 16:18

Have added myself to the spreadsheet. Now got to think what to have for dinner?

bettybigballs · 28/07/2014 16:30

ohhh noo. i think i've fallen off the spreadsheet. 4lbs down though, whooppp whoop

StuntNun · 28/07/2014 16:30

I seem to be extra hungry today. I think I need more sleep, 6 hours a night just isn't cutting it.

bettybigballs · 28/07/2014 16:35

ignore above - i was looking at the wrong spreadsheet

wombat22 · 28/07/2014 16:56

Lost 1lb but happy with that. I wasn't über camping but will be stricter this week. Well done everyone

Livelongandprosper · 28/07/2014 17:05

Will add myself to the spreadsheet later when I can get to my laptop. Well done everybody, really inspiring to hear how you've all done on your first week. Good first day here with tuna, mayo, salad leaves and eggs. And a bucket of water of course.

herecomesthsun · 28/07/2014 18:27

I estimate that I have gone down about 7lb. In a way that is really great, it seems to be working! However, it would be nice if I could lose weight/ stay stable without having to be so hardcore about it.

Still, a good result.

I haven't drunk enough water today, but have breakfasted on buttered eggs, had tuna mayo for a snack and some canteen chicken curry and green beans for lunch, the best there was. Also a handful of olives late afternooon. And some coffee with almond milk.

Am wondering whether it is ok to have Boursin with the breakfast eggs this week, if only because we have a load in the fridge?

Laska42 · 28/07/2014 18:44

Uber camp was ok for me, (are we on bootcamp proper now Biwi? I think ill do another week without dairy if I can,as for some reason my 3lb loss had disappeared this morning (I am still the same as when i started ) Sad

herecomesthsun · 28/07/2014 19:06

I think my problem with weight gain between bootcamps has been too much full fat Lidl yoghurt, too many berries and too little water

herecomesthsun · 28/07/2014 19:08

so I think I'll try to keep off the dairy like Laska

trashcanjunkie · 28/07/2014 19:17

I have had a shite weekend foodwise, and am up a pound. Feeling so miserable - generally, and can't seem to get a grip. Am just weathering the storm right now, and hoping to god tomorrow is a better day.

Big well done to all you losers.

questions2008 · 28/07/2014 19:55

trash if you've had a bad weekend and only up a pound, thats not bad! Also, if youd had a bad week too, instead of eating well, imagine how much more you'd be up.

Weather tge storm and you will feel differently soon. Sometimes I feel like crap and think whats the point. It passes eventually, but due to whatever else is going on will rear its head again. Just keep weathering!

Don't mean to sound preachy, just trying to say it happens.

Livelongandprosper · 28/07/2014 20:11

Sayra Would you add me to the spreadsheet please? I've had a go but have failed dismally Confused

Marshy · 28/07/2014 20:25

Evening all,

I weighed this morning before work and down 2lbs! Very pleased with that especially as this has been a challenging week. Also I was doing a 'go it alone' lowcarb for the week before and lost just over 7 lbs, so in total that's 9.3 in 2 weeks which is pretty remarkable I think, and I'm enjoying what I'm eating so all good.

I have entered my weight on the spreadsheet, and had a bit of a look around as I was there. I seem to have inadvertently done something to the lbs to stones converter - sorry Blush

Today I've eaten:

B: egg scrambled in butter
L: salad with tuna in oil
S: avocado
D: chicken and veg stirfried in sesame oil.

Have had a couple of cups of coffee with milk and some slimline tonic - I know that's not great, but I find it really thirst quenching. Have had some water, but not nearly enough. I struggle with this owing to being in a car for a good part of the day, and not near a loo!

Went to the gym after work for a spin class. Really enjoyed it and legs feeling a little less like lead.

Wishing everyone a good week and well done so far.
