I am just a whole pound under the heaviest weight I've ever been in my life.
I need to lose about 2.5 stones in total to get back to a manageable weight, but my first challenge is just to lose as much as I can in the next 5 weeks so I can actually fit into my bridesmaid dress comfortably and not be a total embarrassment.
I read up last night and have been to the supermarket to stock up this morning - butter, pork chops, belly roast, whole cooked chicken, plus avacados, veg, cucumber, lettuce, olives and red wine vinegar. I don't drink coffee, unfortunately, as the BPC sounds amazing...
So far today:
Brekkie: small bowl of yoghurt
Snack: 2 chicken wings (with skin on)
Lunch: will be an omelette with mushrooms, courgettes and salad, cooked in butter.
Dinner: roasted veg and salad, with either a piece of salmon from the freezer or some of the roast chicken.
Plus I have already drunk one litre of the three litres I have to drink today.
How does that all sound, am I on the right track with the eating?
