Weight Tracker

CantEvenKeepAnOrchidAlive · 28/07/2014 09:44

I am feeling very positive at the moment. Body went through a few changes last week especially on day 4&5. Was glad to be buying dairy again though so celebrated with Onken Natural yoghurt for breakfast with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Will definitely be keeping dairy to a minimum, I have no more planned in todays meals :) Expect for coffee!

MontserratCaballe · 28/07/2014 09:47

Thank you for the new thread BIWI. I forgot to weigh before i had my cup of tea this am so will weigh tomorrow.

Good luck everyone. Water, water, butter, butter.

perrysands · 28/07/2014 10:02

well added my weight loss for last week 1.5lb down, but I have to admit I was dissapointed this week as I had no cheets but think I let myself down on the veg content which I plan to fix this week.

Well done everyone.

Hello new thread! Two and a half pounds down last week so I have less than three pounds to go to my target weight. I'm very happy indeed.

Welcoming dairy back I have had a cup of tea and a cheese omelette for breakfast but I'm still hungry so about to sneak off for a BPC.

Treasures · 28/07/2014 10:46

Morning all.

I'm confused...

BIWI's first link (spreadsheet of fab) goes to the BC Rules.
BIWI's second link goes to a blank webpage with the URL www.mumsnet.co.uk/bootcamp

Buffy seems to have had the same problem with the blank page and Pisses reposted the link, but that goes to the BC spreadsheet.

I thought the spreadsheet and the MN Weight Tracker were 2 different things...so I'm confused.

Am I just being dim? (Disclaimer: it is Monday morning)

P.S. I lost 4lbs in week one. Yay! Smile

Sammck · 28/07/2014 10:47

3lb down which is great.

ponygirlcurtis · 28/07/2014 10:50

Ok - I am here, I am joining Bootcamp. I am inspired by everyone's progress and weightloss. I am doing this.

Do I just add myself to the spreadsheet and weight tracker?

miffy49 · 28/07/2014 10:58

If you're being dim Treasures you have company. I'm having the same trouble!

I'll have to weigh in tomorrow. Mobility issues this morning so didn't manage it.

oolaroola · 28/07/2014 10:59

I seem to have disappeared from the spreadsheet. What do I do?

miffy49 · 28/07/2014 11:00

Forgot to add, some impressive weight losses! Don't think I'll be joining the ranks though. Still, I'd settle for anything I'm so desperate. I've gone nearly 2 wks now with no cheese or cream. Wondering if I dare add a bit back just to make life more interesting.

questions2008 · 28/07/2014 11:04

hello all, I am rejoining from the egg fast gang.

Didn't weigh in this morning so will do tomorrow (I have borrowed scales so can weigh first thing from now on...little joys).

B - 2 fried eggs, black coffee (now that i've switched I don't mind it too much)
L - I've got a tin of mackerel in oil with me (at the office today)
D - not sure yet

I'm trying to keep the carbs quite low, an almost meat/egg fast. I've got PCOS and finding the weightloss to be slow going on 20g a day (even with 20kgs + to lose). Egg fast produced results but felt quite restrictive.

Place marking. Grin

trinitybleu · 28/07/2014 11:40

Have been looking at coconut oil ... Is the KTC brand stuff any good? I hate the smell / taste of coconut so the lack of smell / taste is attractive!

SchroSawMargeryDaw · 28/07/2014 12:43

So, I blew it last night from feeling unwell and had some ice cream, have stayed in ketosis somehow but my stomach is killing me and I have awful wind Blush.

Doing ubercamp this week to get me on track. Today I have had 6 slices of bacon and a couple of small bits of bratwurst that the toddler left and a dollop of mayo.

SchroSawMargeryDaw · 28/07/2014 12:45

Trinity Tesco sell bottles of "pure coconut oil" in their cooking oil section, it's completely flavour and scentless and costs less than £2 a bottle, I used it for a while.
I'm now using organic virgin coconut oil by "groovy foods" and love it but it's very coconutty.

questions2008 · 28/07/2014 12:52

revised lunch - had rocket and spinach leaves, with 5 olives and a few green beans from the salad buffet to go with my tinned mackerel, plus 20g serving of cheddar.

schrow going to try that coconut oil, thanks - have my ikea frother now too.

Pisseslikeahorse · 28/07/2014 12:58

pony & miffy you can input your weight on the spread sheet if you want.

Sorry all I was lurking and realised the link was going to the last bootcamps spreadsheet so quickly reposted the ubercamp link as the weight tracker , my mistake

I done ok last week and now contemplating keeping on with ubercamp, perhaps a day at a time...

well done on the impressive losses Smile

Pisseslikeahorse · 28/07/2014 13:09

whoops - sorry pony I meant Treasures.

After the holidays my brain might start working Confused

I'm feeling a bit disappointed in myself as I started ubercamp really well but ended the week in Bootcamp light - really light.
I need to plan a good shop but payday is Thursday so I need to get through a few more days...
I'll weigh in tomorrow as I forgot before leaving the house this morning. I really want to get back on track but it definitely requires more planning/resources than I've had available.
I WILL do a full week of ubercamp once I'm all stocked up.
Well done to everyone else, some fantastic results so far.

ponygirlcurtis · 28/07/2014 13:14

Have added myself to the spreadsheet.

I am just a whole pound under the heaviest weight I've ever been in my life. Sad I need to lose about 2.5 stones in total to get back to a manageable weight, but my first challenge is just to lose as much as I can in the next 5 weeks so I can actually fit into my bridesmaid dress comfortably and not be a total embarrassment.

I read up last night and have been to the supermarket to stock up this morning - butter, pork chops, belly roast, whole cooked chicken, plus avacados, veg, cucumber, lettuce, olives and red wine vinegar. I don't drink coffee, unfortunately, as the BPC sounds amazing...

So far today:
Brekkie: small bowl of yoghurt
Snack: 2 chicken wings (with skin on)
Lunch: will be an omelette with mushrooms, courgettes and salad, cooked in butter.
Dinner: roasted veg and salad, with either a piece of salmon from the freezer or some of the roast chicken.

Plus I have already drunk one litre of the three litres I have to drink today.

How does that all sound, am I on the right track with the eating?

januarycat · 28/07/2014 13:20

Not a good weekend, but, I will NOT use it as an excuse to give up. New day, new start.

2.5 pounds down. Hoping it will be 'slow & steady' weightloss??
