yes dp & DS with DSS thrown in once a month for good measure. oh plus the baby - in a 2 bed bungalow :o joy! lol.

how are we all anyhow, NMN - I see you have a dating comp on the go again?!? :o whatever happened to Irish I liked Irish.

how are you other girls?

BertieBotts · 07/04/2011 18:41

can I join in? :) I'll just warn you I'm a bit rubbish with keeping up on chat threads. I'm in a relationship - nearly 6 months Shock but :) last night we had a conversation about practical stuff when (not if) we move in together. I am really really not ready yet. But would like to in the future. So it's a bit scary to think he's thinking about it seriously already. He does know he'll have a long wait though - so no pressure etc.

Also, because we were friends before and he'd already met DS we've only actually been out together in the evening 3 times, and only one of those was just the two of us! So I said I need to be wined and dined a bit more first Grin and he also said maybe we should go away for a week together some time. I'm just enjoying the space to be myself (and work out who that is really) at the moment and actually dating him the way we are is really nice because I haven't really done that before. I went pretty much from meeting DS' dad to living with him, and before that was all teenage non-relationships.

NOmeansNO · 07/04/2011 19:21

irish still in text contact.

bertie - he must definately see a future. which is nice.

i'm ok. hiding and ranting on here about twunty ex and us doing our house seperation just now

Hi everyone, sorry DTM, misread your post lol.

Still on the bookshelf, but me and Celtic have booked the afternoon off, we're going to sit and have a couple of drinks in Central London on this gloriously sunny day.

Good job we live in opposite directions Wink

sincitylover · 08/04/2011 13:33

Just logged in - how lovely Monty have fun!!

davidtennantsmistress · 10/04/2011 08:31

hi all,

monty how was it?

so what's the bookshelf anyhow? I assume sofa's for us boring bunch in relationships?

anything busy happening this weekend?

Monty27 · 10/04/2011 19:33

Hi everyone, thanks for asking, I had a really lovely time on Friday, well I resisted him coming to mine which was his agenda but he came down yesterday for the day it was lovely :)

DTM Bookshelf is for those not on the sofa, ie on the shelf. :)

BertieBotts · 10/04/2011 21:47

Oh dear, I just splurged all over lovely BF and cried and snotted everywhere. He was great though and we had a really long talk and he made me feel loads better. Think he was gearing up to go home about 3 hours ago, he's now gone to get us some food and we're going to watch something on telly together. He is so lovely.

davidtennantsmistress · 17/04/2011 09:26

well we've all been quiet how is everyone? NMN - see you've been upset on the other thread?

DS is away today for 8 days & it's finally sunk in DP isn't home for ages yet - had shut my mind off ot it previously, and cracking on with things. so a little down today.

anyhow...

Betty79 · 17/04/2011 15:56

Hi dt, only just realised who you were lol must be really hard with dp being away. It was like that when I was expecting dd1, exh came back when out to gulf when I was 12 weeks and came back when I was about 7.5 months I think. How long will he get at home when he gets back?

NOmeansNO · 17/04/2011 18:29

bertie - what happened?

Mrs Tenant - you know me Smile , i'll come on msn later if your gonna be there. see how your hanging in and try and make you smile too since your feeling a bit low. I sent off my first ebluey at the wkd too. that gave me a wee wobbly moment and its just daily diary of stuff i did sent to a friend. your doing really well coping with all that goign on. are you doing a diary for Mr tenant to read via bluey or when he gets home of how your pg is going? are you gonna be sending him pics so its not too much of a shock what you look like when he gets back?

monty - my phone is on the charger. i'll give you a buzz in a bit and see if your away that whole wkd i'm between plane hops, or if we can squeeze something in.

ladies - i heard someone mention food. i am having a tapas night at the new house next wkd as a kinda house warming. whats your favourite tapas dish?

i like the shelf. i was thinking of installing a wee pad cushion on it though, as it gets a bit tough on the butt. and we need one of those extendable arms that picks up things so we can reach the popcorn

OP posts:
Betty79 · 17/04/2011 18:38

Yeah the cushion pad would be a good idea cos im getting a numb bottom lol

Tapas? No idea never tried it lol

NOmeansNO · 17/04/2011 18:40

betty - surely you are joking me? honestly never had any spanish food in small dishes Grin

even in spain?

OP posts:
Betty79 · 17/04/2011 18:44

Yeah I have years ago lol but wasn't very keen so wouldn't choose to go to a tapas now

NOmeansNO · 17/04/2011 18:47

you can get some really rotten ones. but there is some cracking scot-spanish tapas places here.

you get the typical chorizo in tomatoe based thing, and honey chicken wings etc.

but yu also get little stacks wabout the diameter of a £2 coin, with black pudding, parma ham and scallops.

and i really like the goats cheese all baked, drizzled with honet and crushed walnets sprinkled over.

yum yum and just a big pile of olives and chunky tear and share bread

OP posts:
Betty79 · 17/04/2011 19:01

See the only thing that sounds nice to me out of that lot is choritzo lol Confused don't like olives, black pudding, Parma ham or goats cheese lol

NOmeansNO · 17/04/2011 19:05

oh well then betty. you best just have pizza with chorizo if you ever go to a spanish restaurant. lol

OP posts:
davidtennantsmistress · 17/04/2011 19:29

tapas i'm yet to try. and chorizo is a MrT thing, i'm really not keen on it at all. food today for me has been cheese sarnies & a roast chicken - tomorrow is KFC tues i'm having my hair dyed so another take away, weds spag bolg at mums thurs out (notice a trend yet lol - ds away = me eating copious amounts of take aways!) :o

MrT has been on the text today bless him, must be costing a fortune but said he doesn't care, tbh have been greatful for the long distance support from him today.

NMN - yes am doing weekly letters/pics to him & also have booked another scan as well so will send him clips out & more pics. he got his first 2 boxes sent out on sat as well so fingers crossed a week and he'll have those.

betty - ahy tis me (spandex!) he's meant to have 2 weeks and hopefully then bubs will arrive like a good little baby on time so he'll have the 2 weeks paternity, althou we have discussed that he only has a week's leave then back to work for a week, then takes 3 weeks when bubs is here, however I don't trust his unit at all after the fass they made of him being on duty 2 days before he went away so am nervous of doing it that way around. How's things with you anyhow?

i'll share my sofa cusions with ya'll - but be careful the oversized PG bum maybe shaped into it so you'll need to shake well. perhaps we should have a man in a dicky bow about the place - purely to lavish attention & for us to ogle at? could pass the popcorn & wine out?! :o

NOmeansNO · 17/04/2011 19:45

i like the idea of a butler. can we call him jeeves?

i haven't sent a box yet. i'm doing this as a friendly "charity" thing. so i will probably only send 2 the whole 6 months. well.... we'll see how the bluey replying goes.

OP posts:
davidtennantsmistress · 17/04/2011 20:09

aww come on give the man a break - do a box or two - just put a load of non choc buiscuts & jelly sweets in it. DP's had that in with some gloves he wanted and peanuts. I believe they all do swopsies out there. lol.

Betty79 · 17/04/2011 20:23

ooh yes I like the idea of jeeves too lol he can go get me the glass of wine I think I deserve after a hard day cleaning! come on chop chop jeeves!

nmn-yes think i would need to stick to pizza then!

dt-Im ok thanks, got a week off now and am trying to get the house re-organised. Im stupid I should have a week off chilling out but I cant! Hows the bump coming along then, are u showing yet?

davidtennantsmistress · 17/04/2011 20:28

a little, not too much yet depends on what I wear I think.

and yes mrs a week off means you should be relaxing!!!

loving jeeves - can we get some baby oil & man handle him as well. Blush god I miss DP being away for a good old fashioned man handling :o
