What a beautiful day, Spring on it's way. Have been out with DS2 today which was nice.

I'd booked 5 tickets but he wants to stay home with the Fat Toddler. So I will be going with DS1 and DD.

TBH it will be easier in some ways but am very cross with him (the Tosser) for not telling me BEFORE I booked that he had changed his mind about going

Sfx - Not glamorous at all. Every time I meet real fashion people, I think I need to have my brain examined for getting into the, eco, fashion industry.

They're the most pretentious bunch of people I've ever met, even worse than poncey ad agencies. Small organic fashion suppliers are far more normal people in comparison.

Phew, all finally ok this end and ds appears to be better, hooray! He is keeping me very busy, into absolutely everything at the moment and I can't leave him for a second!

Sorry we didn't join you at Lollipop this morning but it was so nice that we wanted to be outside - plus I had dd's hair cut into a short bob in Richmond - it looks so much better. we had been trying to grow it but it was just a mess in the end. Weather is so fab - I have washing drying on the line outside for the first time this year although the flipside is that was forced to clean some of the windows as this fabulous weather tends to reveal my slatternly ways! Auntie I need to grab dh's card to sponsor you as for some reason mine wouldn't work.

Pcworld - Glad ds is better. Good weather is cheering me up too. I actually went out without a coat.

Dd2 is so happy she got the merit band today. She's been so despondent every Friday, but back on cloud 9.

Ooh I'm free next week too So long as it's cheap and cheerful. TFI Friday, girls. DH is out tonight, so it seems - and therefore I am enjoying a supper of shredded wheat plus a glass of wine! Along with the laptop plus a bit of telly. Am wondering hoping that once the longer evenings arrive I will be out running or doing something interesting.

Mrs R, what did your dd get the merit band for? And what albums did you get? Not bought anything for ages.

oh pcw sounds heavingly - I only got albums for photos. I was thinking if the 2 for 1 pizza express deal is still on we could try that. Will check it out. She got it for good writing and being Roald Dahl.

Re night out, a playgroup I'm go to is doing a quiz night in the pub, Friday 13th March if anyone fancies that for a night out? I think its £3 & there's prize for the winning team, could be different!
