Right-ho, we've been discussing this elsewhere but thought a seperate thread may be useful.

Concept was to have a sprog and non sprog meetup

Sprog - aquarium, thus far I think the best day was Monday, I know there are a lot of you 'popping' back to the UK back can we still manage May? I for one have no plans EVER.

Non sprog - Opera bar for a Saturday lunch again? When? First I could do is May 16.

Anybody fancy an (early) evening thing, also up for debate is the possible hunter valley trip? (thumb to be in charge)

What time are we thinking of for Sunday? (am trying to plan what we are going to do with our visitors when they are here, and am thinking that they can all go to Luna Park while I drink wine and eat yummy things if the timing works out ok!)

Shall we meet at Opera Bar at 12:30? That should give us plenty of time for lunch and

Do we need to make a sign, or is everyone happy they'll recognise/has mobile number for at least one other person?

thumb do you have contact details for hfd and bats who seem to have disappeared from the thread, or should we just pm them to see if they're interested?

That sounds fab bunny. I reckon I'll recognise people, but if there's anyone who hasn't been before, a sign might be a good idea :)

I do have contact details for HFD and will text her; but not for bats - good idea to PM her.

I think 12:30 or thereabouts is a good idea - seem to remember that's when I usually get there! I will definitely train it in all the way I think - that way I can have a glass or two without worrying.

I have mobile contact for Eralc, Bunny, Abit, RVP, HFD and Sunnydelight (I'm pretty sure) - I think that's it. Will check my mobile in the morning (too lazy to go and find it at this time of night [hblush])

It's not Melbourne Cup weekend again, is it? I know it's actually on Tuesday 1st November but not quite sure how the whole thing works - just remember one meet up where loads of people were dressed in posh Ascot-style black and white clothes - that was for the Melbourne Cup, wasn't it? Anyway, I may be rambling so don't worry!

From what I can tell from the list of attendees it's pretty much everyone from the last meet, so I doubt we need a sign.

Hopefully the weather stays as nice as it was today - I'm currently sitting in the garden waiting for DH to bbq my dinner.

Have a lovely time - I am very sorry I won't be able to join you this time (got to find a birthday present for my dad) but perhaps next time.

I'm planing to be there tomorrow all being well! My inlaws are here at the moment, and are flying qantas - due to go to NZ a week today........

We had a lovely time, very convivial - and should do it again soon. Definitely before Eralc has to go back to the UK next March.

I am so sorry - I completely forgot - for some reason I didn't put it on the calendar. I'm not usually so crap but I am ragingly hormonal at the moment and my memory is shot! Glad you all had fun, nex time.........
