Right-ho, we've been discussing this elsewhere but thought a seperate thread may be useful.

Concept was to have a sprog and non sprog meetup

Sprog - aquarium, thus far I think the best day was Monday, I know there are a lot of you 'popping' back to the UK back can we still manage May? I for one have no plans EVER.

Non sprog - Opera bar for a Saturday lunch again? When? First I could do is May 16.

Anybody fancy an (early) evening thing, also up for debate is the possible hunter valley trip? (thumb to be in charge)

Something has just come up for me on the 3rd, I haven't said a definite yes yet as I wanted to see what was happening here, but the 10th would be much better (and of course it means Erlac could come Smile)

You can just keep partying bunny - I'm sure we can catch up quickly!

Ooo yay - i can come on the 10th :) Abi - when you check it out, can you see if it looks like the sort of place that would be happy for a baby to come along to - if not, DH will have to bring the boys for a day out in the city, and I'll pop out if DS2 needs a feed :) Thanks loads for sorting the venue out!

Me too - I've told DH already that I'm going to Sydney by myself that day and he has to look after DS - and the best thing is that he won't even be able to call on his mum to help because she'll be in Hawaii! Hah! Grin

Will have DC2 clamped to boob but am sending DC1 to the beach with DH for a paddle and maybe a swim - they went last weekend and said it the water was pleasantly warm. That's something you don't say in England in the middle of winter Grin

Have a lovely time everyone. I am busy planning my new Sydney wardrobe as I am hoping for a much improved social life come September!

LoremIpsum- thanks for that. We did not get the first house but have an offer in on another. We have 3 kids and will be going from a relatively large house and big garden to an ok-ish house and tiny garden. I know I must be mad but I just loved Balmain when we were there in April so hope we get the house. My DH will be working in North Sydney so the commute is perfect. Will be in touch !

Oops, finally remembered to actually tell DH I wouldn't be around on Sunday - luckily he's of the "enjoys spending quality time alone with kids" school of fatherhood!!! What time are we meeting?

ok so I finally got to go into town and have a look at the place, looks good.

We are booked into the lounge bar at 1, but I'm still happy to get there at 12. The lounge bar is upstairs and I don't think there's a lift, but it allows kids including young babies so not sure about logistics but we can work it out. I'll bring my Daily Mail 2003 Rugby World Cup and stick an MN flag in it. The booking is in my real name.

I can't remember what else needs to be sorted, let me know what I'm missing.

I guess the only other thing is PMing mobile numbers to those that haven't been along before - I have yours, abit, and bunnygirl's - not sure about Eralc, I definitely don't have ninedragons and I don't think I have sunnyd's either.

So long as everyone has someone's number, it will help, I'm sure!:)
