Hi ladies, I hope everyone is doing well. I haven’t had a chance to come on here the past couple of days so just catching up now.
I went for another lining scan on Monday, lining was 7.5mm so I’m booked in for my FET next Monday and started progesterone, clexane and prednisolone today. It’s all starting to feel real now.
@Hopefull198110.1mm is amazing 🤩 during my last transfer the doctor thought he saw fluid on my lining but he wasn’t worried as fluid tends to dry up with progesterone (turns out it wasn’t fluid but some placenta remains from my pregnancy with my daughter over 2.5 years ago!) Fingerers crossed it’s all clear by Tuesday, I also read that orgasms can help push out any fluid too.
@FrostedFlakeI’ve got everything crossed for you that your temp lowers so you can transfer on Friday! I’m also on aspirin, clexane and blood thinners. I’m also doing PIO (prontogest) instead of lubion this time so I’m hoping it makes a difference. I also used PIO in my only successful pregnancy all other failed transfers have been lubion. On the other hand I decided to ditch acupuncture this cycle as I don’t really enjoy it however I realised that my lining is not as thick as it has been for all my previous transfers so I’m not questioning if that was the right choice.
sometimes I feel the same as you that if my best graded embryo didn’t take then why would my average embryos work. But then I remind my self that my successful pregnancy came from an average embryo so there is definitely hope for us @FrostedFlakei really hope it’s our time x
@magpie234congratulations on the beautiful lining 🤩 I hope your jab went well this evening. My clinic also doesn’t do bloods before transfer which I find frustrating as my previous clinic would take bloods at every single appointment without fail. I’m also going to push for some blood work
@pinksheetsscongratulations on being PUPO! I hope the next two weeks go quickly for you and well done for making it through what seems like a difficult transfer. I really don’t enjoy the actual transfer I always find it so uncomfortable and painful, during my last transfer I had to release some urine twice as it was just so full and painful. I’m dreading it this time!
@FlatWhiteAnyoneCONGRATULATIONS on your BFP!!! As others have said, I have had so many chemicals in the past but never a strong positive with any of them. I also had quite a bit of red blood in my last pregnancy which all turned out fine in the end. Also lower back pain is linked to implantation so it’s all sounding really positive. Hopefully this is the first of many!
