Hi, I'm currently 3dp5dt (round #2) TTC child #2 at 39yrs

Already feel like it's been 3 weeks not 3 days!

OTD 21st December

I'm 4dp5dt today. My first round. Interesting my OTD is 19th December!
Driving myself insane looking for symptoms and convinced myself it's bad news already as I haven't really felt anything.

Hi, I'm also 4dp5dt. Had two put back in. Test day not till 23rd don't think I can last!!!!!

It's funny how we all have a different timeframe for testing. I think my clinic must do them quite early!

Anyone feeling any symptoms?
I've felt a little sick the past hour or so but I know it's far too early. No real cramps or anything. Boobs have been sore but that started well before the transfer due to all the meds!

I woke up with cramps. But after a lot of googling I don't think it means anything.

Do you think you'll test early?

I did last time and got myself into an awful negative spiral which resulted in crying all day when I got my BFN on 7dpt (and all the days leading up to it) so I think I'll try to wait a bit longer this time and try to enjoy the hopeful PUPO stage!!

Call me crazy but I've actually tested a couple of days ago! Only for the pure reason of checking my trigger was out of my system, which it now is.
I'm trying to resist the urge to test any further as I don't want the daily disappointment but we've never been in this position before so I want to see a positive test more than anything.

@Magix86 I've had cramps and sore boobs but think that's off the progesterone? I've never been this far before either so not sure what I should be feeling haha

@CakePigeon30 is this your first ivf round? It's all completely new to me!
I think it's definitely the progesterone- I'm on cyclogest twice a day. I'm now off work for a week so hoping I can distract myself with some nice things while I wait this out

Me! My transfer was last Thursday and OTD is tomorrow. I have been getting cramps, lower back pain and bloating. But likely to be the progesterone.

Here's hoping for an early Christmas present for us all ❤️

@Magix86 no second cycle but last time didn't have any blasts so didn't make it to transfer. This time had two early blasts transferred.

@spamOFtheDAY I actually caved on Monday and did a test, it was in the evening though so not with FMU. I did get a faint positive but I had a chemical last time and I'm so scared to get my hopes up again. So waiting until OTD now so I don't drive myself crazy.

Will you wait until OTD?

Just posting an update here. I got a positive this morning but it's fainter than I would have expected given its OTD. I'm not getting my hopes up as I suspect it's another chemical. The clinic have asked me to come in for bloods and I'll get the results Monday. This weekend will be a long wait ☹️

@spamOFtheDAY thanks for your message. I was able to get the results back today and my beta HcG came back at 203 which they said is very much a positive. I'm going back on Monday to check levels are increasing. Still too nervous to get my hopes up but at least it gave me some reassurance. I am definitely staying away from the tests now. Xx

I'm transferring on Wednesday so joining now in anticipation. This will be my 5th transfer from three ECs. It'll be my first transfer with a euploid embryo and I'm going to be on an immune protocol too. I definitely have my hopes up that it might be my time finally but scared as the heartbreak is real every time it doesn't work out.

I've been pregnant twice. The first time with my DS
The 2nd ended in MC

Both times, just before I found out, I was so pissed off with my husband about everything (eg the way he walked too slowly/ the way he breathed!!).

Right now I could kick him out the house 😡
Though I'm trying to be nice!

Maybe the progesterone...? (If so, could just be the pessaries) but hoping it's a sign 🤞

Hi guys, can I jump in too? I’m 3dp5dt with a 4bb blast, my OTD is 23.12.24.

This is my second embryo from my 4th round IVF, first time with an FET though and just happy we got a surprise blast from this round and we’ve never had anything else to freeze.

My first round ended with an ectopic pregnancy, and rounds 2,3 and 4 all were 3 day transfers ending in BFNs. It’s been the worse two years of my life but we’re still on this rollercoaster.

How is everyone doing today? Does anyone’s OTD clash with Christmas Day? 😬 What a time to be doing this 😅
