Hi there, I start my medication for a fresh IVF round in September. Im not the best at navigating mumsnet and wondering if there are any groups set up for people starting around the same time? X

@West8690 i am so so very sorry. Massively thinking of you. It’s just so unfair - you haven’t done anything wrong. I have a friend almost exactly in the same position as you and it’s just incredibly tough.
I know I can’t say anything to make you feel better but I hope you can take the next few days slow. Xx

@West8690 My heart goes out to you. That is awful. I can’t imagine how painful that was after the 7weeks scan. You haven’t done anything wrong. Please don’t think that.

@West8690 I am so sorry to hear your news. This journey is unbelievably cruel and full of heartbreak. And it's so tough emotionally as anyone who hasn't experienced infertility and pregnancy loss really doesn't understand.
You absolutely did not do anything wrong, I know it's so hard not to blame yourself but whatever the cause is, it 100% isn't your fault.

Hey @JadeAC, I'm doing ok. Feeling slightly less anxious this TWW although it's all definitely still on my mind a lot. OTD is on Monday, so keep thinking it'll soon come around. Thanks for checking in. How are you? How many weeks are you now?

@fsr111 ill be 11weeks tomorrow. Had a scan at the weekend and all was well but didn’t seem right time to post that then with the other updates we had. My only symptom is tiredness really but I work shifts so nothing new there haha I’m pleased TWW is less intense this time. Keeping everything crossed for you

@Arundel8 @TheFanciestPants @JadeAC @fsr111 @LavenderJoy @StormsPassIVF thank you for your kind words. I'm just so incredibly broken and don't understand why this keeps happening. It's incredibly painful and cruel, I'd rather just get a BFN than go through this torture

@West8690 I totally get that. It must be beyond painful. Was it just a routine scan? If so that must have been a terrible shock.

@JadeAC yes it was routine. I just don't even know what to do with myself. I didn't think anything could be worse than our 13 week loss but this is unfathomable. I don't know if I can do it again. We've got one embryo left and I feel like I can't not use it, but I don't see a good result. I feel like we're just pouring money down the drain and losing any time we have with our 2yo. The last year just feels like a complete loss. I've spent 30 weeks in the last 12 months pregnant with absolutely nothing to show for it.

@West8690 i Think it’s natural to feel that way so soon. You don’t need to make any decisions now. Why don’t you enjoy Christmas with your 2yr old and see how you feel in the new year.

Hi ladies

i hope everybody is doing ok, I didn’t manage to get onto here before now but we had our test last week and it was positive! , I’m not getting carried away as I know it’s such early days and I’ve had bleeding and I’ve currently got a kidney infection (they think caused from my cyclogest)

ive had really bad sickness too but again they think this is from all the hormones I’m finding the injections quite painful now ! I’m desperately wanting to get excited but also know that this is not a guarantee we have a scan first week of December once I know it’s viable and not an ectopic I hope It will start to feel a bit more real.

@Chickencrazy3356 awww congratulations!!! I remember all the uncertainty and not wanting to get excited. You’ll feel loads better when you get that scan done!

@Chickencrazy3356 - that's great news! I'm feeling very positive for you, will be keeping everything crossed. Gives me so much hope hearing of your BFPs. What was your journey to IVF?

11 weeks already @JadeAC, hope you're finally able to relax and enjoy pregnancy now! Will you be due in June?

@fsr111 yes we’ve told people now and it all feels real. I feel so much better. June 11th they are saying so far. Eeek excited.

I caved and tested yesterday morning as I've been feeling quite nauseous and it was a BFP! Have just tested again this morning (to make sure) and it says the same. Can't believe it! OTD is Monday and I only have one test left, so will save it to do then. Trying to keep a sensible head on - but also excited to finally see a BFP after almost three years of BFNs.

All fine thanks @JadeAC, made it to OTD and have a scan booked for 18th December. Just got to keep everything crossed until then. How are you doing?

Oh I’m pleased, that’ll fly by.
I had a little bit of bleeding yesterday and still a slight discolouration today but no cramping so hopefully ok. Called hospital but they said it wouldn’t be something they advise me to come in for and to wait till Friday when my scan is already booked for. I’m obviously abit anxious but hopeful it’s all ok. 🤞
