@Ginandtonic31 looks like we are paired up now to then :) I'm at cgrw outside of Cardiff. How are yours looking? I don't know if I should have asked about grading or quality today but I was in too much shock. Good luck and let's think positive for us both!

Trigger is at midnight 😮 I’ve taken my last buzzofferelin and menobitch. One more to go... I’ve been feeling queasy and unwell all day but mentally feeling stronger.

I'm feeling really anxious now. So sorry to bring some negativity to the thread. Like I feel sick with nerves and (sorry tmi) I have been going to the loo all evening. I actually wonder if it's worth me saying to the consultant or embryologist don't update me on anything - just tell me when to come in for ET if we get there. Yesterday I couldn't wait for the tww as I had actually forgotten about what I was waiting for and was thinking about the shopping/reading/binge watching TV I would be doing! Really not sure how I'm going to feel over the next few days so just in case I don't post...

@Becsharry and @KittyKatSmile I think you have test days this week. I hope the next few days drag for you and when they do come, the tests are the positive news you are both hoping for :)

@Cauliflower82 best of luck with EC, I hope you feel better afterwards once they have gathered all your eggs.

@Cauliflower82 yes, that is really late! I think they've done that just to prove old Keith wrong when he estimated previously they wouldn't go past 11pm. Sorry old thing. But so bloody exciting! Our OP leader is there! You've done it!

@Zest11 I'm sorry you're feeling anxious. It's a horrible time. I found the days between EC and ET the hardest. I can't really explain why; I think the unknown and the utter lack of control and all of the various outcomes just swirling round in your head. You just need to do what's right for you lovely lady.

@Ginandtonic31 I'll see you in the morning. I've ironed a crease down the front of my favourite chinos specially. (Trying to lighten the mood but seriously, sending you all strength. You are an incredibly strong woman and you're going to get through this).

I'm at Guys so got the trip from Yorkshire tomorrow! I've no idea about quality! Nobody ever told me. They're in the freezer so I trust they will pick the best one.

Hi Ladies! So glad you all liked the Lavender pic...it made me chuckle!!

Before I type my replies do you mind if I ask a real quick question? I've had a few symptoms today and just wonder if its the Progesterone Injections? Also sorry if TMI!! My boobs have gone super veiny, I've never ever seen them like this before it's weird!! My nipples have gone about 3 shades darker, I've felt light headed and also spotting has continued on and off (very light). I've had a quick look on my old friend Google and it says that Progesterone causes changes in your body...is this it? My period will be due on Sat/Sun so don't want to read too much into them just in case!

@BellaD85 it's hard to say when you're on the progesterone. Veiny boobs and changed nipple colours are usually a good sign but the progesterone can (I think!) mask symptoms you might usually get so it's really just a guessing game. Also, i believe the progesterone can hold your period off. I must have learned that here so sorry for not crediting that to whomever has educated me on that. I was maybe going to not test and just see if my period arrived until i read about that.

Thank you all for your warm words, don't feel quite as bad this morning although I think I will ask for a sedative before the GA. I wonder if I can get a strong enough dose to last 2 weeks!

Well guys my trigger was so late because I’m not due in the clinic until half ten on Thursday. The nurse apologised profusely for the midnight shot 😂 but I found the wait okay.

I did it!! And it was fine. I was so proud of me. Thank you all because I was totally reassured it wouldn’t hurt from all of you. It didn’t hurt at all. Not even one ouch.

I can’t believe @KittyKatSmile has been up all night! Bless you. I can totally get why you can’t sleep. I thought I’d sleep immediately after my trigger shot but I was up for hours watching my dog sleep 💤.

So much going on today with people this week. Sending you all my positive thoughts.

Kitty/Keith wasn't really up all night, that's overly dramatic, just for 15mns at 4am. I had a really horrid nightmare so actually had to switch on the light before I went back to sleep so it didn't start up again!

I went back to the gym yesterday and am about to go again now. Obviously I can't tell if there are any negative effects to doing that but it felt right so I went for it and I'm very pleased I did. I've given enough of myself up to this process, was good to feel like me again.

I was wondering how long until I can ride my bike after transfer and swim. I will ask today. I'm also back at work tomorrow. Hard enough getting today off.

Got parked fine now a train I'm on has lost power so is just stuck.

Had my first scan this morning. 4 follicles in the left, pretty much nothing on the right. Feeling pretty crap about it all. Been back to bed for a sleep and now have to drag myself to work for a meeting. Sorry for moaning.

@BellaD85 hi, I’m having all the same symptoms as you! Feeling so dizzy I think I nearly crashed my car about four times yesterday 🙈my nipples are dark and huge and really sore too. No spotting though. When I had IVF with my son I remember feeling really faint and dizzy so I’m hoping it’s all good signs x

@Ginandtonic31 I think swimming should be ok but I know they say no exercise until 10 weeks if all goes well x
