Anyone any experiences of treatment at ivi chester? Just been referred for IVF there. Told i should have first appointment within 6 weeks!!! Would be great to chat to anyone who's having/had their IVF there too!

How is everyone? Have you all spoken to the clinic? I started progynova yesterday so should transfer 15th June. Xx

Hi @wanab ooooh that's brilliant! Wow, not long! My husband is having a myoxsis sperm test done on 17th so we'll see what that brings back. Have you been told to self isolate during treatment? xx

No not specifically. I'm still on furlough at the moment but will go back when work need me. I will just be careful. I've bought 80% alcohol gel to use, and will take precautions.

Hi. I hope everyone is getting on well with getting everything going again. Does anyone know how blood tests are working at the Countess? Need an up to date HIV, etc test before I can do a FET. Just trying to decide if I can fit it in in July with absolute minimal time off work or if I should wait til I'm off in August.

Not sure I'm afraid. I transfer again Monday. X

@Ohyesohyeah I've got my HIV etc blood tests at the Wellness centre next week so you might not have to go to the Countess

@Ohyesohyeah I wasn't given options, they just said a date and a time for the appointment, but it was fine for me so I didn't need to ask about anything else. Hope you get things sorted soon

@wanab was it a FET? Did you do anything differently this time? I'm hoping to start in August for my egg collection and then genetic testing. I can't stop worrying that they will all come back abnormal! xxx

Yeah FET. I used the clexane same as last time, but not the steroids because of Covid. 🤞

Hi ladies, just wondering if any of you had done a multi cycle before...either a duo or trio? Trying to decide whether or not to go ahead with this, just worried that it is a lot for my body and worried it might effect the quality of my eggs xx

I haven't, but a friend did. She managed to get a few frosties from it I think. X

Had my 7+2 scan today. Little baba is looking good. A nice heartbeat and measuring spot on. ❤️ Hope this is my take home!
