Welcome to the Flylady thread for April, where we follow (sort of) the Flylady system with baby steps, missions, daily focuses (foci?!) and decluttering. But more than that, we are a supportive bunch where we share the trials and tribulations of everyday life. We post our to do and ta da lists and chat a whole lot.

Might have take you up on that.lil zoo has had bad throat 3 weeks and has got habit sit up very late then laying in.was messing around dd2 til 1am....I think long walk in order today as she's complained about going out/do much.tire lil monkey out!!
I've woken her at 7.shes not in a good mood...

Dd2 off out dd1 to Milton Keynes shopping today as a birthday treat(dd2 is 14 on Fri)she's hopping up n down excited!

Dd goes back next Monday so another long week here! Got a few things planned for early this week but not so much at the end and dh is working all weekend too.

Dd going to my parents for a sleepover tonight but ds staying with us (they need some time apart!). First though we've got a playgroup this morning and I've got the dentist later

Must get cracking, Monday is always so busy.

Yep she is nearly 6 months Zoo 😱 found a cot bed I think I’ll go for and a high chair booster seat for now since there’s no way we can fit an actual high chair in here (once we have moved we will get a proper chair and then keep the folding one at mum’s). Need to sort out clothes too.

The others are tidying up downstairs, I’ll get up in a mo. Cagletini did over 6 hours straight last night, and I think it was about 4-5 the night before, so maybe just maybe this growth spurt is over?!

Hello all. We have another week of school holidays here. DD1 is out at an activity all day today and again tomorrow. DD2 has been helping me today and then had some quiet time with her tablet (she has had a cough over the weekend so not the worst thing for her to have a rest). Will see if she wants to do some arts and crafts this afternoon and will have to find a fun activity for tomorrow for her I think.

Schools round here have another week of easter hols so we are following suit. Need to step up the online work this week really. We are technically back to ‘school’ Monday 16th but since we have chessington the day after (and thus I will be beyond shattered the day after that, although hopefully not as bad as last time if the weather isn’t too cold, it’s the cold that really affects me) we will take it very easy those few days and probably just start with the maths and spellings TBH. Lots more house stuff to get done.

I am so tired today, you’d think I was the one who’d walked/run almost 90 miles 🧐😳 but I can assure you I haven’t! Done absolutely bog all today TBH, I had quiet rest with baby while DSS took the Caglets out for a bit which was lovely, I should’ve done something productive. I am still having period type cramps even though there’s (TMI) virtually nothing there. Stupid hormones. 😡

Hopefully the walk down to taekwondo and back will help wake me up a bit. Even though I know it’ll also involve buying something rubbish for dinner. But fresh air will help.

I've just been majorly sidetracked by a neighbour dropping in for a cuppa - have managed to do beauty cabinet and put winter clothes away but no cleaning done yet. This is the story of my house- I'm really good at decluttering and tidying but shocking at actual cleaning! Got an hour now before have to make dinner, so Henry is being dragged out!

Done most of my list didn't get time for bathroom floor, downstairs loo or mirrors.

Dd safely off to Grandma's for the night so the 3 of us just had leftovers for dinner. Going to get dh to put ds to bed while I play the piano for five minutes!

Spent the morning cleaning/removing plaster dust. Decided at 3pm to go out and get some fresh air. Got in to find people being stupid
Couldn't deal with them so have left them too it. Early night on the cards. You can't even see where I have cleaned as it is covered with dust again already

I didn't really get much more done
Still bit fragile tbh
