Used to do one of these each week but I have become a lazy lazy slob it would seem!

Anyone care to join me with lists and motivation?

Clean glass tv stand.

Kim82 · 27/09/2015 17:09

Hi, I'm back. I got waylaid by my sister and nieces visiting but have now dusted the living room, put covers back on the beds, hoovered, helped dd with homework and started cooking the roast (it's almost done).

Jobs left to do:

Bring clean sheets in off the line, fold and put away.
Iron uniforms
Sweep and mop downstairs
Clean up after tea
Bath baby

Missymoomoo197936 · 27/09/2015 20:01

Work done. Knackered so off to bed in a minute.

Kim82 · 27/09/2015 20:40

How was your first day in your new job?

I finally sat down 10 mins ago after getting all my jobs done. My parents turned up to visit which slowed me down even more but everything's done now and the house is all sparkly and clean. Yay!

Missymoomoo197936 · 27/09/2015 20:49

Yay to a tidy house. Doesn't happen often here.

Not started yet. But it's in the same place and doing what I already do just a permanent position now.

DownUdderer · 28/09/2015 02:23

I've done top of bread bin!
Wiped stove top, wall and most of the cupboard doors in kitchen,
Put a load of washing on,

everything hurts!! I hate being huge and pregnant! its exhausting!

penguinsarecool · 28/09/2015 07:26

Hi all. I've not dissappeared from here, just not got much done housework wise this weekend to report about. The weather was lush clear blue skies both Saturday and Sunday so went out both days. Went beach Saturday then went to a National Trust park yesterday. I did manage to strip the beds and re-make the beds yesterday morning and keep up on the washing up but that was about it!

Todays list:

  • wash breakfast dishes
  • dettol kitchen tops
  • make beds
  • quick wipe over the bathroom and put domestos down the loo
  • general tidy up
  • dust and polish
  • hoover everywhere
Kim82 · 28/09/2015 07:57

Morning ladies. You have my sympathy DownUdderer, being pregnant sucks! And penguin it sounds like you had a lovely weekend, much more fun than cleaning!

I don't have masses of housework to do today but these are my jobs:

Do one load of washing, two if there is enough.
Clean breakfast dishes and clean kitchen
Clean downstairs bathroom
Sweep and mop floors downstairs

That's it for today, shouldn't take long.

Kim82 · 28/09/2015 09:35

Dishes washed, kitchen cleaned, beds made, washer on, floors swept and mopped. I'll do the bathroom when dd goes for a nap, I can't do it while she's awake. Nice and quick today and I can spend the rest of the day relaxing. Yay!

HammerToFall · 28/09/2015 09:54

Can I join in. I need some motivation today after weeks of an appalling pattern.

Jobs today
Wipe down kitchen surfaces
Two loads of washing (one already in)
Polish living room
Hoover through downstairs
Make beds
Clean bathrooms

HammerToFall · 28/09/2015 09:54

Sleep pattern that should be!

LoveChickens · 28/09/2015 10:06

Tidy and vacuum my room
