Used to do one of these each week but I have become a lazy lazy slob it would seem!

Anyone care to join me with lists and motivation?

Hi everyone. I've not been on here for a while. Been stupidly busy for one reason or another the last few weeks. How is everyone? All ready for Christmas yet?

I've still got a few gifts to get. Hoping to finish that this weekend. Really don't want leaving it any longer. Still no decorations up yet either. Planning to do that this weekend aswell. Christmas will finally reach our parts this weekend i anticipate.

Hi, been busy here again today. I've been to Costco, cleaned my sister's house, done some washing and have just finished all my Christmas present wrapping.

Good evening everyone. I have a massive list for tomorrow as dh is off work and taking the kids to his mums and I plan on gutting the house while I can without a toddler demanding attention!

• clean and mop upstairs bathroom

• clean all kitchen worktops and table
• empty bins
• sweep and mop floors downstairs
• clean downstairs bathroom
• fold and put away clean clothes
• Hoover sofas
• post Christmas cards
• wrap 3 extra presents dh has just bought for dd3
• take chicken out of freezer ready for Sunday

I'm quite pathetically looking forward to getting stuck in. I've not managed a huge amount of cleaning the last few days with dd3 being ill and a cling on so it desperately needs doing!

Yesterday i managed to give the house a once over with the hoover and also dusted and polished the lounge, plus all the other daily usuals. Today i have:

I have failed massively

I managed to get DD room done and the shop put away (and DD fed of course). I took out all the shelves of the fridge and gave them a good scrub in the bath. Then did the inside of the fridge before putting the shopping by.

Just had something to eat now going to tackle the hallway.

I've only managed that much today, Lucy, as dh took the kids out to mil's. There's no way on earth if have finished my list with them in the house.

I didn't manage to wrap the presents as dh came home when I got out of the shower, I'll do them later when the kids are in bed instead. I have made and cleaned up after tea, folded and put away one load of bedding, the other is in the dryer and should be done in around 20 mins. I can then put the clothes that are in the washer into the dryer, fold and put away the dry bedding and load the washer ready for the morning. Baby is bathed and sitting on my knee smelling all lovely so apart from that bit of washing I can park my backside on the sofa for the rest of the night.

On a mission now, started the bathroom while bathing dd, discovered someone had thrown a pee soaked bog roll in the bathroom bin which had no bin bag in!
😭 the stench was unreal

So that has been gotten rid of, have bleached the bin and put in a bin bag. Wiped down the sink and shelf above, put bleach down the toilet and wiped around it
