Zing I've done something similar - when we have a roast dinner we put the remains of the chicken in the grill whilst we eat, other DDog 1 would snaffle it off the worktop. Then when we wash up we get it out and pop in the fridge.
Except this one time, as the week went by, I could smell a funny smell. I tried EVERYTHING. Emptied and bleached the bins. Drain cleaner, deep cleaned the dog beds. It was thursday before I found the chicken in the grill. The grill is directly above the oven, which had been used every day so the chicken had been heated / cooled repeatedly. Belive me, it was AWFUL.
On the up side, the kitchen was SPARKLING by the end of the week!
Anyway, jobs for today:
Clean out fridge (yeah, I know. Couldn't be fucked yesterday)
Order new catch for bin
Get ready for DS' swimming lesson tomorrow
Start decluttering some emails.
Raspberry I scrapbook, so anything that I don't really want to keep but has memories associated with it I phograph and then scrapbook the photo. With a bit of journalling it means the memories associated with the item will be kept, and I can let go of the item. Would something like that help?
