dcs went out into tent tonight but lasted just over an hour it was very funny, not that I was going to let a 4 & 7 year old stay out all night, but they were so convinced they would be fine, and then just after 9 they came in saying it must be midnight and they were coming in

We were going to go to the park this morning, but both dcs are grumpy so hmmmmm, we shall see.

DS bit me while i was feeding him this morning, with his 2 teeth - ouch! He hasn't done that before, could be on borrowed time now.....

Going to copy Wasting's sticker chart idea. DD has nearly filled one, so when she has finished it i will print 2 off, 1 each for me and her. I thought it might help her too

Oh didn't she do well?! So sorry to hear about her tear - clearly Mary was in a hurry.... my DD was in a hurry and came out back to front (or is it back to back?!) so I have every sympathy of how JKS is feeling. Mind you, I didn't need to go to theatre for my stitches. {ouch emoticon}

Dave - maybe the trip to the park will sort the grumpy cycle?! At least gets you out!

Dave - when he bites, pull him towards your breast. It will block his nose which will make him open his mouth. Really hard to teach them 'manners' when they are so little - I sympathise because DS1 started teething when he was 13 weeks and did give me quite a few nips.

Plum - at your kids thinking it was midnight. I was never brave enough to go and sleep in the garden. Tents elsewhere, fine, but for some reason my house scared me from the outside in the dark Thinking about it, I couldn't sleep in a tent in the garden at my parents house now - too spooky!

Hello everyone, have a great Good Friday! Beautiful here, had breakfast outside .

DC and I are still in our pyjamas... Aiming to be dressed and ready to go out in one hour - no rush today! Still things to do though

Hope we may barbeque later or tomorrow - our proper barbecue is too big to bring over to our rented house, so it's disposable all the way......! Better than nowt but not very eco friendly I suppose just chucking the whole thing away afterwards...

Plum - I don't understand FB - only registered because we got a friend request from someone we had never heard of, so we registered to find out who it was.... still didn't know! So our email address is in there somewhere, but hell if I know what I would actually do next!
