For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

welcome back. tortilla masterclass will happen sometime this week - but i think a new thread is needed, mainly cos this one takes 10x as long to load than anything else

Er, lemur Ds only slept through the once He was up twice again last night and we went out for dinner tonight and he woke up and wondered where on earth I was!!

Not spending time with yiur children???

Mayor, I know wjat you mean - even though I try and give dds good, healthy food , I do better when they are at school!

However, today we are making courgette fritters. We have so many of the buggers.

And we alkso have kabushi (sp??) japanese squash that TooT gave me seeds of. What shall I do with them? Some of them are melon sized.

Timmy Twitch has a new cage - it is like a palace. So dh has decided we need another rabbit . Poor rabbit didn't know what to do with himself - it is on 2 levels and he almost fell down the opening, causing great hilarity ot us!!
