For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

back from snowy walk in woods. Was great, pomds all thickly frozen so hours of fun chucking stones. And then we found a field of sledgers who let us have a go. And we had a snowball fight and I feel very ruddy cheeked and wholesome.

I am out to a boho party tonight

The hosts are extremely imaginitive veggie cooks so am quite excited. Though with a frisson of something, as friend's newly ex-gf will be going, so she will be spikey with me. She is an utter nutter.

But what colour is the dress 100? I need to know these details.

AtillaTheHoney · 07/02/2009 16:16

Oh, yes....the colour 100, do tell, Is it rich and luscious?

Leeks are just onion tasting slime, unless thay are in a sauce or soup IMO..definately a ingredient veg, rather than one that stands alone.

Impressive to have it with Muesli though!!

Lets do the 'dove from above' thingy from shooting stars to lure SB back....

AtillaTheHoney · 07/02/2009 16:23

dunno about spelling but 2nd the just celery thing......

mollyroger · 07/02/2009 16:23

The original line is ''things that you're liable to read in the Bible, well it ain'y neccessarily so''

I can't fuckin type, spell it however you like. I am merely the creative genuis round here, I have People to do stuff like lick it into publishable shape....

Where is my coffee? Where is the girl with my lilies? This is NOT good enough.,

I wanted lilies for my birthday. Tried to drop very subtle hints but didn't work

mollyroger · 07/02/2009 16:36

Tatties mate, men don't DO subtle. You really need to be clear. and say: ''As a birthday surpise, I'd like some flowers. They must be lilies. And you must sneak out and get them secretly and present them to me. And I will act surprised.''

Or wait a year or two and tell ds what you want, with explicit instructions to tell daddy. That's what I do now (after years of disappointing and crap chrysanthemums or nasty begonia pot plants.)

Tatties · 07/02/2009 16:39

But that's what I did! I told ds I would like flowers and chocolate cake for my birthday please and we can all share the cake. Then told dp that ds would tell him what I wanted. But he said he wouldn't tell him
