For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Ha, you would have been very cross wouldn't you.

I am not fussed tbh. I don't think I advise much, or post out of here that much.

Guadalupe · 02/02/2009 19:24

Gid, what's the point of the meeting then?

Guadalupe · 02/02/2009 19:24

Gid?

FrannyandZooey · 02/02/2009 19:29

no i am sure they are necessary but we are lazy and just want to buy food

i knew none of you cool girls would care about it
i always want to be in the gang though
being unpopular for about 200 years at school ensured that

oh i liked what pink said on the last thread
integrity and wanting him to be ok NOW

OP posts:
BBBee · 02/02/2009 19:29

they only keep having them becauswe you always turn up and they think you love them and look forward to them - i heard them saying they wish they didn't have to bother but that woman who sucks her pencil and thinks will be so disappointed.

Gid.

FrannyandZooey · 02/02/2009 19:31

Guadalupe · 02/02/2009 19:34

mollyroger · 02/02/2009 19:35

Whatever hAppened to the Whatever happened to the....bit?

mollyroger · 02/02/2009 19:39

I am really cross. I spent 2 hours proofreading a really boring thing for dh about bikes for a game and when we sent it back to clients, the fucking computer automatically changed all spellings back to US English (color) etc.

So now they think we are numpties who cannot proofread or spell properly [punctured pendantic pride]

FrannyandZooey · 02/02/2009 19:42

no i look like a glam lady with silver wellies OF COURSE

molly we are the original series, that was series 2
i am planning that for our next title

(Pink I went back to other thread and read your post. Thank you. I feel quite sane again today. Yes, lots of lovely posts and you are right about integrity and right about NOW. Dh at school today, sent me a text saying 'He's really fine here, very sociable, very chatty. Honestly'. So I think nutsness rose to the surface, and has now sunk down again. Thank you though. Thank you all. I promise not to share and cry again for another six months or so)

FrayedKnot · 02/02/2009 19:49

I think I might go to bed now.

FairLadyRantALot · 02/02/2009 19:53

Molly, must be difficult for her and her son...

lol Franny the disciplinarian...
doubt I would appear in anyones book...so...hohum
oh, and what meetings....and you can get cheap boojas? Mind boggling...

pink, glad you had a good day...

Boco....was that all your dh came home with ...your post made me lol in the proper sense, and dh was looking at me all enquiring, but, well, it is one of those things, that once you try to explain to someone else why you laughed, well...it kinda becomes not funny...happens to me all the time on mn, am I the only one?

SB, that was top topic today at clinic...how we have become incapable of dealing with snow....but I suppose it is part to do with it being such rarerity aswell as such change in lifestyle since we had big snow to deal with....in Germany forinstance it is normal to put on wintertyres and to have snowchains (and to know how to put them on), over in the UK that just isn't something one has to think off, etc...but it is kinda pathetic really, isn't it

Well, am flaking out with a glass of wine, or 2...you get the drift....

oh yes i had you muddled up with someone else avi

OP posts:
Guadalupe · 02/02/2009 19:59

I liked the sound of your food too, Avi. I think you should make it or us when we come to avi island.

Where is my lift? I am getting edgy now franny has assured me they are as awful as I imagined.

Guadalupe · 02/02/2009 20:00

FOR us, some crumbs are under my f now instead of my d. They obviously moved next door.

I don't understand what your food collective is either.

Agree with Guad, and Avi if Franny's ds2's exzema has cleared up by then you KNOW there won't be eight cheeses left in your fridge.

Guadalupe · 02/02/2009 20:01

The meeting starts at 8pm. They are prompt sorts, except for my friend who is collecting me. She is only person ever later than me at school.

Guadalupe · 02/02/2009 20:01

oh, she's here bye
