For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

will we ever get 'cunting' in the title I wonder?

May have some impact on the 'all wlecome' element.

FrannyandZooey · 07/04/2008 08:00

UR I am sure PSW downloaded a podcast for her running (am answering for her as she said she wouldn't be on for a few days)

she has a couch to 5k runners thread I believe where I am sure you would find inspiration

OP posts:
FrannyandZooey · 07/04/2008 08:00

we had an invisible cunting once

OP posts:
BBBee · 07/04/2008 08:01

running podcasts that PSW uses

oh yes F I remember now. I do pay attention - honest!

FrannyandZooey · 07/04/2008 08:02

OP posts:
FrannyandZooey · 07/04/2008 08:04

also this one refers to cunting mangoes without actually mentioning them
I prefer the subtle reference sometimes

gruffalo show is fab franny - really fab - ds will love it - so will you. You can;t imagine how they will make it stretch to a show but they do and the charactisation is divine. I am

ladywombling · 07/04/2008 08:12

Morning!

You are right BBBee, the Gruffalo show is brilliant, I wasn't sure how they were going to do it, but it was fab, although they don't do the voices they way I d the voices!

(Blueberry porridge)

FrannyandZooey · 07/04/2008 08:15

oh no we saw the Gruffalo's child last year and we have watched the trailer of Gruffalo a million times on their website
I think they are a fab company - so erm don't know the word - properly theatreish - rather than the glitzy crap with no substance you often get passed off as children's theatre
I love the way there are only 3 of them and they just run around putting on a different jacket

OP posts:
FrannyandZooey · 07/04/2008 08:17

look here is the trailer and you can buy the DVD

OP posts:
BBBee · 07/04/2008 08:17

exactly franny - that is exactly it - no glitz but all theatre.

fancy gruffalo one as well

FrannyandZooey · 07/04/2008 08:24

how bizarre me too
I don't think it is the same cast now though

OP posts:
BBBee · 07/04/2008 08:28

probably for the best - I don;t think it is okay to be sexually attracted to characters in children's books is it?

Fullmoonfiend · 07/04/2008 08:32

ah smiths

Franny my dh used to call me phoebe and also had a preference for her out of the three. ...

I have to bake and freeze a squillion cakes today for a fund-raising open gardens thingy next weekend (not my garden, that would take 5 minutes and involve a lot of puzzled visitors looking a piles of cat poo and broken waterpistols and wondering if the Orangery was perhaps cunningly located behind the falling-down shed.)

FrannyandZooey · 07/04/2008 08:33

oh sod that Bee
I don't think we can afford to be too scrupulous about these things

OP posts:
FrannyandZooey · 07/04/2008 08:34

FMF from what I hear I am definitely more like Monica
and when I see pictures of them Phoebe appears to be the plain one

OP posts:
Fullmoonfiend · 07/04/2008 08:54

Well I don't think so...none of them are exactly bulldogs licking piss offa nettle, put it that way...

(and everyone has a little control freakery in them, non?

(Eg. I must have matching socks and underwear which goes together. I have no taste or style but an inherent sense of colours/patterns which 'go'. When it doesn't, it pains me deeply. )

FrannyandZooey · 07/04/2008 08:58

no have googled you are very right

OP posts:
FrannyandZooey · 07/04/2008 08:59

oh I googled pictures of Phoebe that is
not your underwear

BBBee · 07/04/2008 09:07

lol fmf garden!

that would be no good for mrs c's head fuzz - it would make her more fuzzy i think.

Tell me your summer plans for holidays - well apart from fz as i imagine yours are quite babyish.

MrsCarrot · 07/04/2008 09:18

We are going to Cornwall for a week in August but no plans other than that.

Franny I forgot to say that the cake looked wonderful. DD says she had informed her playground chasees that she is betrothed.

FrannyandZooey · 07/04/2008 09:21

Oh ds keeps saying he will make and send something for dd MrsC, but his powers of organisation are limited to that of a 4 y o and I have been distracted with other things, so it hasn't happened yet
his latest plan is that they are going to have a pet manatee
I hope this goes down ok with dd
and I am not sure how to break this to you but he says he just wants to live together and not get married

OP posts:
BBBee · 07/04/2008 09:21

are you doing eding mrs c?

FrannyandZooey · 07/04/2008 09:21

we aren't having a holiday
I was going to be working at a festival waaah

OP posts:
BBBee · 07/04/2008 09:23
