When you say it's going to ripen now......well when exactly do you mean? - 10 / 10 thread - all welcome

For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

okay - will be back later. want to talk about jaba but don;t know if I should.

FrannyandZooey · 07/04/2008 18:18

Bee I need to have long discussion with you about how bendy faced man who does actually LOOK alarmingly like the Gruffalo in RL can be sexy

was it the crinkly smile? or was it just because he was really ruddy funny?

the chubby one with the mop of curls was also lovely!

lol at the title, keep singing it

UnderRated · 07/04/2008 18:28

Thanks for the podcast help. I am now one step nearer to going running. I doubt I'll ever manage it because, by the time I am motivated enough it will be too hot.

Sorry about Betterware & Inland Revenue. Sounds very unreasonable to me. I wonder if they will be hunting for me so I can pay tax on the 30 pounds I made when I did it. Bloody waster of time.

Hope things are a bit better now, stuffit

I love mushroom stroganoff too. Or mushrooms in garlicky butter & pasta. Or carbonara.

Fabulous silver shoes.

Fullmoonfiend · 07/04/2008 18:32

I have made a sort of stroganoff sauce of cream, horseradish, parlsey and a dash of worcester...it's fricking good!

I can't get iPlayer over here so will rely on everyone else's assesment of him, Zippi. Your travel must have been a nightmare but am so pleased everything worked out well at the weekend and that you worries were unfounded.

MrsCarrot · 07/04/2008 19:43

I have just finished a delicious dinner of Greek salad, felafels, green beans, purple sprouting broccoli, watercress and beetroot with blood oranges for pudding. I am trying not to have a glass of wine but it is hard as I've had one every night for ages.

Glad you had a good trip, Zippi.
