i had thrush a couple of days ago but it got really bad on a sunday when the chemists were closed. my friend told me to put some natural yoghurt down there because of the live bacteria but i didn't have any natural yoghurts but i did have some blue cheese i thought the bacteria would be the same and do the same thing. so i heated the cheese up a bit and spread it downthere. i have been doing this for a few days now but now my bits have turned a funny blue colour and the smell is awful. what should i do?

that's why you have to sew some thread through the middle of the clove so you can retrieve it, ie just like a tampon. Make sure it's a looonnngg piece of thread!

and the garlic flavours your mouth... even though you've put it in down there you can taste it in your mouth - yuk! very strange I know but I've been there done that to get rid of my GBS (group b strep) in second pg and it worked!

So definitely don't do that today/tonight unless you cancel!
