No flippancy detected, Topsy. Absolutely not! I think i shouldn't moan about tiredness, but it is extreme at time for me. It did cross my mind re your situation it was shame they didn't know about remission before latest lot of chemo. Ho hum. Will it take long to grow back, a few months, i imagine? Re my hair - thick, blond, frizzy, shoulder length, you did say hair talk not banned!!! - nephew's nuptials in a few weeks and usual hairdresser on hols later this week. So a very necessary general tidy up to be done. Off to neb those latest clips, then bath and bed for me.

Japanese bloke fell off mangled his dismount on vault so they were in fourth. They appealed , got marked up and hence we got bronze and poor Ukraine in their bad shell suits were fourth.

That's a bit unfair. Maybe Team GB should have a few falls and we may get more medals.

I'm off to Excell and then the Olympic Park on Friday then going to see DD in her new (rented) flat on Saturday. Staying wioth a good friend who's coming with us as we try to understadn what's going on in the men's team sabre event! The women's basketball should be more comprehemsible and as Team GB are playing I have my flags and scarf at the ready.

Being as you are poorly sick in hospital , it's the least the entire swim team could do ?

I got a big laugh out of my staid consultant when dh moaned about how I was hot all The time and he had been able to sleep in less than arctic conditions and I said "well I have got cancer."

I don't mind certain swimmers coming to assist me but not the greek who had day glo yellow swimmers. And you can Michael phelps in his car coat.
