I'll go first

Breakfast was a slice of sourdough avocado and lemon.
Lunch was Greek salad, half a flatbread and halloumi.
Dinner is honey mustard chicken thighs, roast potato's, carrots and green beans.

I have some dark chocolate covered peanut butter stuffed dates for dessert.

2 latte and a peppermint tea! A Good day of food today.

Breakfast: Berry smoothie.

Lunch: Homemade wrap with lettuce, cucumber, avocado, greek yoghurt & leftover roast beef from Sunday and a cup of homemade bacon and lentil soup.

Dinner: Slow cooker sausage and lentils.

Copious cups of tea and a glass of white wine.

I now realise the amount of lentils I have consumed today - might be interesting…

Breakfast- 2 coffees and 3 crumpets with butter and jam

Lunch- coffee, some sweet chilli rice crackers. Creme caramel for 'dessert'

Dinner hasn't happened yet and probably won't at this rate

Not a normal day food wise (I normally don't eat until mid afternoon and have a snack and then a decent healthy tea) but I've been crazy busy with work and am full of cold meaning I've decided bed is more important.

Hot cross bun for breakfast

Bacon and lettuce sandwich (Morrisons sunflower and pumpkin bread ) lunch

Supper , some of husbands very complicated to make chilli with rice , sour cream and avocado

Might have an icelolly while watching interior design thing

I had an amazing sandwich: mustard, vegan pastrami, cheese, lettuce, tomato, sauerkraut, mayo, hovis seven seeds bread. A handful of pickled onion crisps on the side. Followed by a Waitrose cherry yoghurt.

Also 3 cups of coffee and a peppermint tea.

Breakfast - Homemade muesli with grated apple
Lunch - piece of bread with Ex V olive oil and balsamic vinegar dip
snack - Sliced apple
Dinner - should have been steamed veggies with a cheesy crispbake, but due to appointment at docs running over , ended up being fish+chips+gravy.

Breakfast - handful of shreddies with a coffee
Lunch - quinoa burger
Dinner - tomato soup with a toasted bagel smothered in blue cream cheese (saint agur)
Snacks - pineapple, breadsticks, chocolate, crisps

A weetabix with cornflakes on top.
snack: small bag crisps
Lunch: soup and a roll with butter. Bag of popcorn.
snack: two sweets and another packet of crisps
snack: two bits of ham and a carrot
dinner: bag of oven cook scampi and lots of Broccoli
snack / pudding: v small bowl coco pops, little bit of popcorn and a piece of fudge

Usually do better, especially in the afternoon / evening but home from work late. Generally do eat too many calories, although do a good amount of sport

Lunch - Spicy parsnip soup and a pork & apple pie, satsuma
Snack - malt loaf
Dinner mixed salad & omelette, rice pudding

Breakfast - granola with half a chopped banana, a handful of mixed seeds, a few flaked almonds and almond milk

Lunch - carrot sticks and hummus followed by an apple with a couple of spoonfuls of crunchy peanut butter

Dinner - quorn curry with rice and poppadoms followed by sticky toffee cheesecake (a treat from Selfridges, it was divine!)

Snacks - an orange, a packet of mini cheddars, two Thorntons chocolates (Mother's day gift)

Drinks - 3 Southern Comfort & Lemonades (I'm on annual leave this week so it's allowed) lots of tea and coffee, 1 peppermint tea (to calm my bloated belly after being such a greedy pig today!)

T - lasagne, salad, garlic bread.
had another coffee and plenty of water as it’s what I like to drink.

Breakfast: porridge with frozen cherries and dark chocolate, black coffee

Lunch: scrambled egg, smoked salmon, toast, spinach and asparagus, decaf coffee and a small Boost bar

Dinner: chicken, chorizo and veg (peas, onion, peppers, mushrooms) pasta with cheese sauce, then a few Mother's Day chocolates

Just realised I had chocolate with every meal today 😕 Oops! Ah well, only one day and I was well over my five a day as well so I'm going to go with it...

Trying to eat less carbs right now as they make me feel bloated so today was Greek yogurt with about 8 frozen cherries, smoked piri piri mackerel salad, low gi bread slice, satsuma, 2 Brazil nuts, 3 dark chocolate ginger chocolates, omelette, 2 veg sausages and tomatoes. Could be better carb wise but pretty healthy at least .
