I'll go first

Breakfast was a slice of sourdough avocado and lemon.
Lunch was Greek salad, half a flatbread and halloumi.
Dinner is honey mustard chicken thighs, roast potato's, carrots and green beans.

I have some dark chocolate covered peanut butter stuffed dates for dessert.

2 latte and a peppermint tea! A Good day of food today.

Lunch- 3 scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and spinach

Snack - small bowl raw nuts (cashews pecans & Brazil)

Snack- apple

Dinner - 2 chicken thighs with kidney beans, spinach, olives & brocoli

Pancakes and bacon with maple syrup for breakfast at about 11am

Nothing for lunch - wasn't really hungry!

Now having a big jacket potato with cheese and beans!

Usually eat more fruit/veg but I mixed up the day my groceries were being delivered and finished most of it yesterday expecting fresh today when it's actually coming tomorrow!

Will open a tin of mandarins and make up for it tomorrow!

Toast with butter and bovril

Dh and I have been out with friends at a music and food festival so a very mixed bag of - pizzas from a van,
tapas picnic,crisps,olives,brownies and berries followed by a salted caramel ice cream in a cone from the artisan van .
Rose wine and aperol sprits
Been a great day!

Brunch: homemade cabbage soup with slice seeded bread and tsp butter
Dinner: yoghurt marinated chicken thigh on naan bread with big salad.
Treat: Rice Krispie square.
Total calories: 1354 (I'm on a diet)!

Large mug of Yorkshire tea with semi skimmed milk.

A slice of warm Turkish flat bread, roasted red pepper hummus, sundried tomatoes, olives. Two marmite rice cakes with peanut butter. One chocolate biscuit. An apple. Black coffee with 1 tsp sugar.

Dinner will be spaghetti bolognese, still cooking.

Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on 2 toasts.
Lots of earl grey tea
Dinner will be pancakes - will have ham, egg and cheese

B: decaf cappuccino with skimmed milk, kefir with nectarine and a little sugar free granola
L: salad with tomato, avocado, curry and turmeric sauerkraut, sesame and sunflower seeds, melon
D: DH making lean steak mince bolognase with broad beans and spring green cabbage picked from the garden (no pasta for me)

Use up of left overs today...
B - rye crackers, cream cheese and salmon, followed by chicken and avocado with lentil sprouts on toast and some walnuts

L - more chicken and avocado on toast, salad with beetroot, carrot, nuts, evoo, left over fried rice with onion, followed by kiwi, dark chocolate, apple peanut butter

D - more chicken with parmesan, baked tomatoes with garlic, broccoli and more left over fried rice. Waitrose cherry yoghurt with whey protein powder

2 coffees and water

Lunch chicken teriyaki and salad roll from subway.
Dinner..... chicken massaman curry, rice and onion bhajis. Thinking ice cream for pudding cos my mouths still on fire Lol

B: Porridge made with skimmed milk, topped with sunflower and pumpkin seeds, chopped nectarine and almond butter. Skimmed milk decaf cappuccino.
L: Big salad with cucumber, apple, avocado, curry and turmeric sauerkraut, hummus and peanuts.
S: 1 medjool date, almonds, 2 squares 85% chocolate
D: baked haddock with a little pesto, carrots, courgettes and brocolli

Porridge with strawberries blueberries and nectarine and a coffee for breakfast
Went out for lunch and had Beetroot and Feta Tart with a rice salad plus a latte and a tea. Pastries in the cafe looked delicious so brought home an almond croissant
Snacked on some crisps and a banana
Ate the Almond Croissant with a cup of tea

Small banana.

Large white ham salad bap (3/4 of it)

Dinner will be M&S lamb shanks with red wine and rosemary sauce, parmentier potatoes, red cabbage, steamed green beans, rose wine (treat anniversary dinner).

Liver and onions with cous cous . Bought the liver to make dog treats but I brave and cooked some for me and it was actually pretty tasty.
Not much fruit or veg sadly
