I'll go first

Breakfast was a slice of sourdough avocado and lemon.
Lunch was Greek salad, half a flatbread and halloumi.
Dinner is honey mustard chicken thighs, roast potato's, carrots and green beans.

I have some dark chocolate covered peanut butter stuffed dates for dessert.

2 latte and a peppermint tea! A Good day of food today.

Really? This is less than I would eat if I was in a strict diet! You say you're being a pig. I dread to see how little you usually eat.

2 black coffees first thing. No breakfast.

Early lunch. I used up all my fridge leftovers and made a cheese, bacon and vegetable quesadilla for lunch but only ate half. Wasn't very hungry.

I've just had a mad hunger pang this afternoon so I ate 4 strawberries and an Activia yoghurt followed by TWO Cornettos.

I probably won't need much dinner now but it's frozen pizza tonight, only because I'm going away for a week tomorrow and I don't want to have to cook or do much clearing up.

I wish I had your willpower on holiday 🤣 I normally over do it on the buffet and have a cooked breakfast followed by a load of pastries at breakfast and then a couple of different dishes at lunch and dinner just because I can 🫢

same! I also choose destinations based on cuisine. what's a holiday without indulgence!

today I had a bowl of strawberries, flat white, two macarons and a corn tortilla with an egg and beans for breakfast. then a salad with a whole baby gem, grapes and blue cheese with homemade dijon dressing for lunch along with six small prawn dumplings and yet another macaron :-(.

dinner was few spoons of spiced couscous and a pan roasted fillet of trout. should have made a bit more couscous as I am still hungry.... so tempted to eat another macaron, but think I will go and have some Greek yoghurt....

Breakfast: an espresso

Lunch: x2 slices seedy bread with x2 poached eggs and half a very disappointing avocado. A Creme Egg.

Dinner: will be spaghetti with pesto and parmesan, probably followed by greek yoghurt, frozen blueberries/raspberries, a little blob of maple syrup and a sprinkling of linseed.

x4 cups of builder's tea

The house is teeming with chocolate eggs, temptation is everybloodywhere.

Breakfast; apple raisin cinnamon in oatmeal with seeds, small slice of avo toast and black coffee

midmrorning snack : healthy flapjacks made by dh

lunch: toddler had blended up veg red sauce with pasta and we had last night dhal with flatbreads and we all shared air fryer sweet potato’s (including dog) lol

tea time ; loose leaf tea and dh and toddler shared a pastry

may have a light dinner/supper of sandwich or wrap later but maybe not.

trying to follow heavier lunch/lighter dinner approach these days

Breakfast: 2 rice cakes with peanut butter, banana, white coffee

Snack: Greek yoghurt, frozen raspberries, honey, coffee.

Lunch: Half a round of smoked salmon and cucumber sandwich, half a round of tuna and cucumber sandwich, cherry tomatoes.
Tea and Lindor egg

Afternoon snack: Hot cross bun and coffee.

Now going to prepare dinner of roast vegetables, chickpea and halloumi gyros served with tzaziki, spicy tomato sauce and salad leaves.

Snack- handful cashews

Lunch- spinach, quinoa, red beans and a tin of salmon

Dinner will be - minced beef and onions steamed brocoli

Snack- will be a few pecans and raisins if I get hungry before bed

I'm so greedy compared to these 😅. I'd be starving!

Breakfast - Toasted bagel thin, smashed avocado, diced tomato, onion, coriander and jalapeno topped with a poached egg and hot sauce.
Snack- 2 x gherkin, cream cheese and salami roll ups.
Lunch - cheese and ham toasted pitta with Dijon and a cuppa soup, apple and banana 🍌.
Snack 2 - Mini cheddars, grapes and 2x baby cucumbers.
Dinner - Chicken and vegetable ramen bowls (so much veg in these!)
After dinner snack- Bounty crispy roll and a pink french fancy.

One half of an M&S sandwich. Half a small packet of crisps.

Half a pot of cottage cheese and pineapple and a small handful of grapes.

2 oat and raisin Ryvitas with butter and a slice of cheddar on.

I'm just about to have a bit of lasagne and salad.
