I'll go first

Breakfast was a slice of sourdough avocado and lemon.
Lunch was Greek salad, half a flatbread and halloumi.
Dinner is honey mustard chicken thighs, roast potato's, carrots and green beans.

I have some dark chocolate covered peanut butter stuffed dates for dessert.

2 latte and a peppermint tea! A Good day of food today.

arabic rice and lamb with caramelised pine nuts and raisins
aubergine and potato pakoras
chicken samosas
chickpea and potato salad made with chaat masala and tamarind
fruit salad

Breakfast: nothing
lunch: Turkey salad sandwich on white bread
dinner: mum’s homemade corned beef and potato pie with fries and beans
snacks: a handful of wine gums!

breakfast - honey nut cornflakes
lunch - minestrone soup and 5 slices of bread
dinner - chicken tikka masala, rice and Poppadoms
snacks - 4 packets of crisps (I’m a crisp addict), a galaxy ripple bar and a box of mint matchmakers.

Breakfast - Cup of coffee with 6 shortie biscuits dipped in.

Lunch- ham and peas pudding white bread stottie , bag of salt vinegar crisps , bar of galaxy chocolate and cup of coffee.

Tea - Chicken kiev , chips and slice bread butter. Cup of tea and turkish delight.

Just before bed , 2 rich tea biscuits with Philadelphia and swig of vimto.

Teeth cleaned then bed. Night

Dinner - chicken salad with brown pasta
Tea - pork steak, rice and sweetcorn
Snacks - 2 candy necklaces, a pepperami and half a bag of rainbow drops

I do so well until snack time 😩

Breakfast: Milky coffee, seedy toast with butter and honey
Lunch: Tomato and Mozzarella, salad leaves, Olive Oil and Balsamic dressing
Dinner: Pork Fillet, Chestnut mushrooms and roasted courgette

Snacks: Another coffee, two ginger teas, a chocolate digestive, square of dark chocolate

Breakfast

Oat granola stirred into fat free Greek yoghurt. Hot chocolate to drink.

Lunch

One egg omelette with goats cheese, red peppers and onion. Fruit soda.

Mid afternoon - Lidl's own version of a Kit Kat and a Pepsi max cherry.

Evening meal - I wasn't hungry so I only had a small portion of potato salad made with vinaigrette not mayonnaise and a little grated cheese. Fruit soda.

Glass of milk about an hour later flavoured with chocolate matcha green tea powder.

Early morning .. Cup of decaf tea.
Breakfast 2 weetabix.
Lunch .. Egg mayo sandwich.
Packet cheese and onion crisps.
Tea.. Chicken breast kiev( costco) ( the best ever) with new potatoes and salad of tomatoes/ lettuce/ onion/ cucumber/ cellery/ radish.
Honey n mustard dressing.
One cadbury mint twirl.
Loads of tap water.

Breakfast: Full fat Greek yogurt and berries

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs with a small crusty gluten free roll

Dinner: Jacket potato with chicken tagine filling and side salad

Snacks: nectarine, crimble biscuit and a Freddo

Too many carbs methinks!

Two slices of Warburtons thick toast with butter and cheese spread- 4 cups of strong tea.
Cheese salad from the salad bar at work, then a Double Decker.
Can of Diet coke and choc shortbread square.
Small tub houmous with a few tortillas
Fish chips peas and curry sauce from the chippy.
about 4 coffees spread over the day.
A few glasses of white wine with ice and soda and a handful of pretzels.
Mmm- in my defence day from hell! will do better tomorrow Grin
Other days would look so much better!

B; porridge with berries, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, powdered peanut butter, oatbran, milled flaxseeds, full fat greek yogurt.

L; red lentil/chickpea/sweet potato/coconut slowcooker stew, two boiled eggs, a few almonds, a square of 86% dark chocolate.

D; panfried chicken with honey, soy sauce, garlic and sesame oil on white rice. With steamed broccoli.

A delicious day!

Breakfast: special k red berries but super market brand. Coffee.

A coffee at a cafe.

Lunch: leftover veg curry, with a bit of rice

Espresso

Two tic tacs.

Tea: chicken and veg stir fry with noodles.

Will probably have a biscuit with a brew this evening BrewEaster Biscuit

For supper later: Hake cooked with mussels & chilli on a bed of lentils and cherry tomatoes.

Two cups of black coffee first thing.

12 midday lunch: a small mushroom and cheese omelette with lettuce and salad cream.

I've just had my dinner early. A homemade prawn madras curry with tomatoes and peppers. Plain boiled basmati rice. 1 glass of rosé wine.

That's me done for the day.

Breakfast: black coffee x2
Lunch: chicken salad sandwich on seeded bread, packet of s&v crisps, cup of tea
Just now: a couple of large handfuls of Skittles 🙄
Dinner: will be cottage pie with tenderstem broccoli and salad, probably followed by a mini Magnum and more tea

My diet is shite at the moment. I need to stop with the bloody sweets and eat more salad / protein.

I don't normally eat lunch, breakfast and a meal at 5 (I have a hiatus hernia,) today is DH birthday, went out for lunch with a friend. So breakfast was a smoothie,(specially for an anti acid diet ) no morning coffee or snack. Early lunch, carvery, because I can put what I want on the plate. Turkey, sweet potato, cauliflower in white sauce,peas,1 very small potato roast. Shared a desert, chocolate brownie,ice cream. Small glass of wine. Takes a very long time for food and drinks to go down. I will have a large glass of water tonight,that's all I dare drink in the evening.

Breakfast poached egg, tomatoes and one slice wholemeal toast with butter and a milky coffee. Dinner H/m chicken jalfrezi with vegetable rice and a yogurt, Tea Butternut squash soup with ryvita and cottage cheese with ham on top and fresh fruit salad.

I really like the sound of that !

It must be very difficult to prepare all that & not be able to taste as you go.

L: carrot, radish, rocket salad with small half slice homemade bread

S: tea and 2x Mother’s Day lindt chocs

D: quinoa with onion, peas, poached egg and olive oil dressing

Breakfast; porridge with nuts, berries, greek yogurt, peanut powder. Uji matcha latte with a dab of honey.

Lunch.; one slice of Jason's sourdough topped with full fat onion & chive cottage cheese and two roast chicken slices. Salad of tomatoes, kimchi and a small avocado. A snack size bananas and a square of dark chocolate.

Tea will be spicy sardines on a sweet potato with kale, and hopefully some sort of dessert. Love this thread! Keep 'em.coming for inspiration people 😁

Today I have had two coffees, two protein bars and four sports mixtures.

I've been on the go all morning and only had time at lunch to grab a coffee and protein bar because I was looking after my parents. I am exhausted and have 0 energy left to cook tonight so I'll probably just sleep instead of dinner
