I'll go first

Breakfast was a slice of sourdough avocado and lemon.
Lunch was Greek salad, half a flatbread and halloumi.
Dinner is honey mustard chicken thighs, roast potato's, carrots and green beans.

I have some dark chocolate covered peanut butter stuffed dates for dessert.

2 latte and a peppermint tea! A Good day of food today.

2 white coffees and a decaf
B: oats soaked in soya milk and tahini with dates, banana and blackcurrant compote
L: bacon, avocado and mushroom sandwich & a bagged watercress salad
D: chicken thighs with a marinade of posh seville orange marmalade (using up a gift), soy and mustard, potatoes and broccoli

My diet is too carb heavy mainly due to being sooooo lazy and just grabbing stuff as I walk through the kitchen between meetings. Only reason I eat a decent evening meal is becuase DH cooks it:

Yoghurt berries and cereal
Apples x 2
Banana

Slice of bread and peanut butter
Baked crisps

Big handful of nuts
2 big handfuls of sultana bran

Glass of white wine
Homemade Chicken Curry with broccoli and cauliflower

How can I up my protein? Boiled eggs as snack, tuna for lunch maybe?

I think my dog eats better than I do.

L: Salad with cucumber, tomato, apple, turmeric curry sauerkraut, jarlsberg light, pumpkin seeds.
S: Kefir with cacao powder and chopped pear.
D: Organic nitrite free sausage and bean casserole with brocolli, carrots and green beans.

D: Will be rest of last night's bean and sausage casserole with romanesque cauliflower and garden runner beans.

L: mixed leaves, bell peppers, carrot, evoo, acv, crackers with brie, kiwi, dark chocolate

Two white coffees.

A protein bagel topped with halloumi, avocado, chilli jam and two poached eggs.

Another (decaf) coffee.

Homemade chicken and chickpea curry with basmati rice, poppadoms and dips.

D - refried bean tex mex lasagna with a rocket side salad. Plus a Pepsi Max.

S: banana, almonds, Graze cherry bakewell flapjack bar.
D: bolognase sauce poured over romanesque cauliflower, carrots, green beans and courgettes, sprinkled woth parmesan. 2 squares 90% chocolate.

A tiny portion of sausage and mash with onion gravy, left over from the night before. (Literally less than half a sausage.)
