I'll go first

Breakfast was a slice of sourdough avocado and lemon.
Lunch was Greek salad, half a flatbread and halloumi.
Dinner is honey mustard chicken thighs, roast potato's, carrots and green beans.

I have some dark chocolate covered peanut butter stuffed dates for dessert.

2 latte and a peppermint tea! A Good day of food today.

Utter rubbish today, didn’t sleep
last night due to worry about seriously ill parent and coughing children

2 weetabix with oat milk
2 cups of tea
2 dark choco Leibniz
A black coffee
a ginger tea
2 slices sourdough with butter
12 Jaffa cakes

Dinner will be pasta bolognese

I'm on holiday and we traveled today a so it's a bit unusual for me.
Breakfast: spinach pastry and a coconut cake, orange juice
Snack: fruit and yoghurt, orange juice, water
Lunch: tuna baguette and chips, chocolate milk (I'm not actually 12 but it was lovely).
More water.
Dinner: whole fish, vegetables in coconut broth, morning glory and rice. 2 x frozen daiquiris

B: Chocolate protein porridge with peanut butter. Latte.

L: Salmon fillet, sugarsnap peas, green beans.

D: Chicken breast, cauliflower, quinoa, homemade green sauce (parsley, garlic, lemon & tahini).

Very typical day for me.

Doing FMD diet plan....get ready for this

Breakfast
100g coconut yogurt and 50g mixed berries

Lunch
280g vegetable soup

Snack

3 rice cakes with half a smashed avocado with sea salt and black pepper

Dinner
150g sweet potato, 200g Cauliflower curried with a tsp of curry powder, clove of garlic and a tsp of ginger

Have drank 2L of water
4 herbal teas
150ml coconut water

Breakfast - coffee, porridge with raisins

Lunch - wholemeal sandwich with ham, Gouda slice and piccalilli

Snacks - a ruby grapefruit, a biscotti finger, another coffee

Dinner - beef stroganoff with wild rice, tender stem broccoli and green beans.

Looking forward to a cup of tea and a couple of chocolate fingers in front of the telly later

Two toasted crumpets with butter and marmite.

A small bag of mini cheddars.

Minestrone cup a soup and a cheese and pickle sandwich.

Dinner is going to be southern fried chicken mini breast fillets, chips, roasted cherry tomatoes and green salad.

3 mugs of tea with semi skimmed and 1 mug of black instant coffee.

I'm really tired and slightly unwell.

This is not a typical day for me! I've been running an event all day and just snacking:

Lots of coffees
Almond croissant
Mini quiche, 1/4 prawn sandwich, mini vegan sausage roll, 1 small arancini
Hot cross bun with butter
One chocolate
Cracker with cheese

@LamonicBibber1 defiinitely! Fry off one chopped onion and one bulb of garlic and a grated carrot. Add some whole spices - cardamom, bay leaf, whole black pepper and let them toast a bit
next, add a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and a teaspoon of allspice . Add a couple of tablespoons of tomato purée and stir everything together.
At this point, I put in around a kilo of lamb (this recipe serves 6-8) and let it brown in the spice mixture. Then add2 cups of water to the pot and let the lamb simmer for a couple of hours. Once lamb is tender, drop in 1.5 cups of rice (basmati or long grain). Put on a low heat and cover the pot with foil, the rice and lamb will steam together until the rice is cooked.
in another hot pan, coat with olive oil and add pine nuts and raisins- a handful. Once they smell toasty, scatter over the rice with lots of chopped parsley and eat!

@Moonwatcher1234 Thanks so much, that sounds so, so good. Miraculously I have all the ingredients apart from lamb and cardamom. Do you use minced lamb?

I use mixed lamb pieces - mince could work though definitely - now you’ve inspired me, I’m going to try it with mince next time!

An apple mid afternoon.
2 pork steaks carrots and peas for dinner.

Breakfast - a coffee because I was too busy getting my 3 year old ready for an early start.

Lunch - a pesto and Parmesan twist from sainos on the way to legoland and a few of my toddlers blueberries.

Dinner - a very bland attempt at enchiladas because I definitely didn't add enough spices 😂👌🏽

Lunch- two slices of buttered toast
Dinner- chicken strips and onion rings.
Handful of mini eggs too.

Bit of a junky day but I eat healthy the rest of the week.

I've had a weird day of food.

First thing: 2 black coffees

Breakfast: 2 Activia yoghurts

Lunch: A bowl of porridge with golden syrup (so that's two breakfasts then Hmm)

Dinner: some crusty baguette with butter, paté, pickle and lettuce. Another Activia yoghurt.

I've probably not bought or eaten a yoghurt for a year or more, and now I've eaten three in one day. Far too many carbs, not enough protein today.

Breakfast:
Celery juice
1 slice of rye bread, 1 boiled egg, mushrooms, and kimchi then a cup of lemon tea.

Lunch:
Miso soup and some crackers
Couple of salt and vinegar rice cakes

Dinner:
Rice, loads of veg checked in that was about to go out of date.
3 Raffelo chocolates

3 cups of coffee and another lemon teach throughout the day

Dinner - homemade veg and barley soup.
Apple crumble and ice cream.

trying to lose weight seriously atm. very overweight and it's affecting my health

brunch was 1 corn tortilla with beans, egg and a little feta, a whole baby gem lettuce as salad with some blue cheese and grapes. half a box of strawberries, a flat white no sugar and 2 macarons (they arrived today as a bday pressie so had to try them).

nothing else during the day. Dinner was half normal portion of spaghetti with homemade roasted Tom, courgette and mushroom sauce and baked lean beef meat balls. left over from yesterday so no cooking required.
might have some Greek yoghurt with maple syrup as dessert later but nothing else.

D: jacket potato, rocket, smoked salmon
