I'll go first

Breakfast was a slice of sourdough avocado and lemon.
Lunch was Greek salad, half a flatbread and halloumi.
Dinner is honey mustard chicken thighs, roast potato's, carrots and green beans.

I have some dark chocolate covered peanut butter stuffed dates for dessert.

2 latte and a peppermint tea! A Good day of food today.

No, I'm not at all hungry! This is the terrible thing - I'm HUGE! I'm 16st, 5'7, I'm never hungry (thanks dexamfetamine!) but I just graze on rubbish because of boredom. And needing a dopamine hit! It's not at all good.

By rights, I would be eating three chickpeas every other day, and I would be really slim! 😆

Mini individual cathedral city cheese
M and s extremely chocolatey hot cross bun

Tea
M and s minced beef crisp bakes x 2
Large potato croquets x 2 with a side of coleslaw

Supper nothing yet but eying up the chocolate coated malted milks with a cup of strong tea

Two slices sourdough bread, hummus, about 6 to 8 large green marinated olives (garlic and lemon).

M&S barbeque pork ribs, coleslaw, small sweetcorn cob with butter, some leftover macaroni cheese from last night.

A walnut whip.

1 x tea and 1 x instant coffee with semi skimmed. A small can of regular coke.

Drinks 3 teas and 3 lime juice with fizzy water

Beans and cheese on toast
1 shortbread biscuit
Mussels in white wine, baguette and butter and spinach

Breakfast - a banana and a cup of coffee
Lunch - 2 slices of Vogel seed bread, a poached egg and half an avocado
Snacks - tiny packet of wasabi peas, handful of salted pretzels, orange
Dinner - leek and bean veggie bake with ricotta and lemon, glass of white wine
Water, cups of redbush tea

Don't normally have snacks but did a big workout and felt hungrier than usual by late afternoon.

B : muesli with milk
L : two eggs lightly fried in olive oil on toast
D : leftover pork fillet and fondant potatoes with pumpkin jam sauce.
Snack : Lidl magnum stylee ice cream.

Some great meal ideas here ahead of the big food shop tomorrow! I am on a weight loss kick at the moment before my wedding in June so my food days are boring at the moment.

Breakfast - Cheerios with semi skimmed milk, and some Greek yoghurt with strawberries and honey.

Lunch - Two slices of wholemeal toast with dairylea spread, grapes, a satsuma and Pom bears.

Dinner - Spag bol with tagliatelle and a sprink of cheese.

Also had 3 cups of tea and could murder a creme egg but I won’t.

Breakfast: Home made sour dough with guacamole and scrambled eggs.
Brunch: Crumpets, well smothered
Lunch: Crumpets, well smothered plus about 20 prunes
Dinner: Potato and kale curry with rice and random leftover Indianish bits from the fridge

I've got a sick dog and have been living on 4hrs sleep. It really reminds me of when the DC were young.

Pork pie
Cereal bar
Greek yoghurt, granola and mango and passionfruit coulis.
Yoghurt coated cereal bars x 4
2 x chocolate biscuits
Huge lasagne portion and mayo
Large bar of chocolate brownie flavoured chocolate
8 x coffee
3 x tea
Litre of squash

Oh dear. That'll be why I feel like a pile of poo.

Pre Run: Half a bagel with butter and marmite

Second breakfast: Greek yoghurt with raspberries and honey.
Hot cross bun
Coffee

Elevenses: Coffee

Lunch: Jacket potato with tuna salad mayonaise, seved with celery, cucumber and rocket.

Snack: KIND caramel and Seasalt bar, some pretzel sticks, a few squares of Green and Black's Ginger with Dark Chocolate.

Dinner: Reheated vegetable lasagna served with rocket.
Dessert: Hot cross bun and tea.

Night cap: Cocoa

Late breakfast of scrambled eggs, toast and a cuppa. No lunch. Dinner tonight was a pie I made from the leftover roast dinner (beef, leek and mushroom) , roast potatoes, carrots and peas 😋 drank three pints of squash/water and one cup of tea

Breakfast - fruit smoothie made with banana, pineapple, frozen mango, yoghurt and orange juice.

Snack: 5 little biscuit cookies with a cup of coffee

Lunch: bbq chicken crusty roll, packet of crisps, coffee

Dinner: creamy chicken and gnocchi bake with garlic mushrooms and some broccoli.

Snack: the rest of the Terry's choc orange bites pack that I started yesterday.

S: 2 apples, 2 clementines, handful of grapes, some vanilla yogurt, 1 oatibix with milk
D: Large portion of butternut squash and black bean chilli with some poached salmon and mash (doesn’t go but tasted great!)

1 ovaltine, 1 tea, 2 coffees, 1 kefir drink

I feel you. I also have a serious eating for dopamine issue. it's soon hard to break that cycle! I'm good for a couple of days and then back to eating excessively.
