After searching previous thread. Must refrain 🤐🤐 I do believe op will be back to answer any questions and turn it into a melodrama though

What I do is slice the portion I want off, then see if the skin will peel off from the end. If it doesn't then I'll slice it again in the middle and have another peel at it. Repeat until the skin is all off.

Quite satisfying. Also works (even quicker) with the cellophane on a cucumber. 😄

I skin pork sausages to make sausage rolls sometimes, it can get a bit messy if the meat isn't firm enough...

Refrigerate until hard. Warm it gently in your hand, take a scalpel and insert at the very tip, slowly unzip the skin in one piece if you can. 😜

You do know you can just buy sausage meat and make then without the skin on, or just buy the skinless sausages, but if my grown ass husband as me to skin his sausages I know where I would be putting them skin still on them to 🤣🤣🤣🤣
