Ideas please. Completely lacking inspiration

Really easy tea here as covid in the house 😱 so it's vegan nuggets for dh and I. Chicken nuggets for children. And chips for everyone. And tinned sweetcorn. Easy and tasty!

Tofu katsu stir fry

Bangers and mash, carrots and tenderstem. Quite looking forward to it as we haven't had sausages for ages.

Shepherd's pie

Mince and dumplings with mash with tinned veg.

Salmon, broccoli & potato traybake
Easy, delicious & healthy (and minimal washing up )

Beef casserole and mash/ chilli/ turkey sandwich

Trying to clear the freezer of all the one-portion leftovers so everyone gets their fav tonight!

Home made leek and potato soup and garlic flat bread.

Eggs royale. If I can be bothered.

We're having salmon cooked in soy and honey with sesame seeds, edamame and tenderstem broccoli and jasmine rice (in microwave pouches). I'm so fed up of cooking-covid killed my cooking mojo; I used to enjoy it before 😭

Vine leaves, hummus, flatbreads, Greek salad, chips, tzatziki and other such leftovers from the weekend 🙌🏻

We are having barbecue ribs with fried potatoes left over from roast dinner yesterday, some stirfried veg that needs to be used up. Lunch tomorrow is a bacon and leek pasta with mustard creme fresh sauce. (Got recipe on here). Trying to use up all odds and ends in fridge so it is all a bit random. Must do a shop tomorrow.

Can't be bothered to cook tonight so the choice will be a mushroom omelette 😅

Dc are having Spaghetti bolognese, ds (he's 19) made th3 sauce earlier. I don't like mince so I'm having fish cakes. Dh will be late and there won't be any left (like I said, ds is 19!!) so I'm making him stuff out the freezer as we're trying to run it down before Christmas, so he's on chicken Kiev.

I had a baked bean toasty, very uninspiring.

Yesterday I had sticky rice with teriyaki salmon with spring onions on top. That was very lovely.

Keema. Made it yesterday so just heating it up now.

Were meant to be having a bolognaise I made and froze ages ago but dh is meant to be reheating it and hasn't budged from the sofa. I'm refusing to budge, so I suspect this stand off will result in eating the posh bag of crisps I've been eyeing. And yes. There will be passive aggressive munching.

Roast chicken, stuffing, giblet gravy, parsnips, carrots, roast potatoes. Get in!

Mince and noodles done kinda Dan Dan noodle style. Got the recipe from Kitchen Stories, and it's kinda because I'm having to substitute some ingredients, and I add extra veg. But it's seriously yum, and my lot love it.
