I'm in isolation until tomorrow but I have been absolutely craving ham, I don't buy it very often but I will be buying ham tomorrow for a ham and mustard sandwich.

Mince and noodles done kinda Dan Dan noodle style. Got the recipe from Kitchen Stories, and it's kinda because I'm having to substitute some ingredients, and I add extra veg. But it's seriously yum, and my lot love it.

I love Dan Dan noodles! Must put Chinese on the menu for next week!

Slow cooked lamb, spinach and chickpea curry. It's smelling rather nice now the hard bit has been done.

Ginger chicken stir fry. It's a Gousto recipe and it was lovely and very quick to make, which was good as I have zero energy tonight.

Fajitas and tocos tonight - a family favourite.

I went with New Covent Garden lentil & bacon soup. 3 cartons plus 2 tins of lentils and 3 grated carrots.
plus garlic bread.

I also made pulled pork - youngest 3 like it in their packed lunches and DH, 2 of the older kids and I have it for lunch as well.
I make a huge portion so it lasts for quite a few days.

Ready meals tonight... Lasagne and garlic bread, but did a pile of green beans and broccoli, so it was not sooooo unhealthy.

I'm out for dinner tonight for a Christmas meal with friends woohoo! Rest of the family having m and s ready meals

Tonight we are having chicken stir fry, with broccoli and mushrooms!

Chip shop tonight as DP is interviewing 2 hours away so he is picking up on his way back 😍

Teriyaki Salmon.

Lasagne, tenderstem broccoli and garlic flatbread.

Tray bake with salmon, peppers, peas, spring onions, broccoli with honey, soy, chilli and sesame. With roasted sweet potato and chipotle chilli flakes.

Tonight we had linguine with anchovies, garlic, chilli flakes, courgette and orange zest. Sautéed in plenty of olive oil and dressed with lemon juice, roasted pine nuts and parsley.

Satay chicken noodle stir fry. 4 year old ate the chicken and noodles and picked round the veg, maybe a few bits snuck in

Made this, but added a couple of shredded leeks that need using up. Sautéed them and grilled the salmon to add in at the end.

I was going to make this which is a real favourite of mine, but in the end I haven't really got much of an appetite today. So I will make it tomorrow.

Brown stuff from the freezer, it’s defrosting right now . Might be savoury, might be sweet. It’s as exciting as it gets here.
Trying to empty the freezer before Christmas.

I made surprisingly successful sweetcorn fritters from some corn on the cob that hadn’t been eaten and ate them with a tomato salsa and a bit of goats cheese.

Dd 22 made homemade prawn gyozas ,garlic broccoli ,rice and edamame beans and it was delicious!

Cold chicken leftover from yesterday's roast, baked spud with buttetr, heap of green salad and vinaigrette.
