We had creamy garlic chicken (from pinch of nom) and pasta. Really gone off chicken while pregnant but making an effort to try to reintroduce it and did manage to eat most of this.

Lamb Squash Curry

I made some substitutions as I don’t have amchoor (ground dried mango) so I added the tamarind in its place. I also didn’t have lime so I used lemon instead.

chicken breasts cooked in a mango & garlic sauce with brown rice & sweetcorn on the side

We have a busy weekend and so had to decide on food in advance: bolognese tomorrow as friends & their kids) are staying over (though DH & 2 of them are having steak & chips), pizzas on Sat night, roast beef for Sunday lunch then Chinese for dinner as we have a birthday.

Last night was Quorn chilli with nachos

Tonight is spaghetti bolognaise

Needed to use up some bits

baked camembert, crackers, parma ham, stuffed vine leaves and a large glass of malbec here!

Tonight we had baked Camembert, crusty bread, chorizo in red wine & honey and chicken satay skewers. Just wanted something quick & easy to do. It's been a long couple of days.

Last night was keema with a paneer and spinach curry

Today we are having pork loin chops and the contents of Aunt Bessie's freezer.... with gravy.

(Mini roasties, carrot and swede, Yorkshire puddings... all being "tested" for Christmas back ups)

I’ve just wrapped chicken thighs in streaky bacon, added carrots/onion/leek and put in the slow cooker with a jar of honey and mustard chicken tonight ☺️☺️. We have a big church thing at 11.30 today so it’s quick and easy for later on (with roasties and green veg). Steamed syrup pudding/custard for the Strictly dance off later.

We are off to a national trust place this afternoon so I've just popped a whole chicken in the slow cooker its got stuffing already in it and we are going to have that when we get back with some of those ready to bake baguettes I'll just pop in the oven. And there's some cauliflower cheese soup in the freezer I'll lift out to have aswell

I've made my spiced red cabbage for christmas so I'm having a bit of that with sausages from a local farm shop for my dinner. The rest will be portioned and frozen.

This was my dinner 😊 You can’t beat Maris Pipers for the best roasties.

We are having left over chicken in a tikka masala with rice and naan bread.

Quorn cottage pie here it's in the oven now can't wait to eat it! With rainbow chard.

Weve just had our gas turned off due to a leak so I couldn't do the planned stir fry and have put some jacket potatoes in the microwave instead.
