Ideas please. Completely lacking inspiration

Had a disappointing stir fry tonight. M&S green stuff in a box with noodles and pulled pork... the green stuff was full of coriander... yeukkkkk

But made up for it with 2 crumble topped mince pies

Ginger and soy fried duck breasts with stir fry and noodles.

I nearly always cook as DH works long hours. He had the day off today and had fajitas ready just after I got back with the DC from their swimming lessons so that was a real treat.

i dont know, dh made it, and i have a sneaky suspicion he added the previous day's beef casserole to the mix! he did add paprika

Tonight we’re having black pudding, pork sausage, baked apple, with celeriac and mustard mash.

Very rare night out tonight for me. Going out for pizza and wine with my two mates.

Ohhhhh @MissyB1 I’m desperate to go out for pizza - haven’t had a proper Italian pizza in almost two years now. 😭😭 Enjoy! 🍕 🍷

Tonight we're doing beef enchiladas. Currently cooking the beef veg and seasoning in the slow cooker, so all I've got to do later is toss them in wraps, top with cheese and stick under the grill for a couple minutes!

Chicken curry here. Just a jar one (korma) with a few handfuls of frozen veg thrown in. Friday night is always easy tea night. We also have some naan bread in the cupboard, and some veggie samosas in the freezer I got in a "too good to go" box a while back. Debating walking down to the village to get some naaan aswell but although it's sunny and beautiful, it's 40mph winds. But toddler could do with fresh air. Might go the park on way home aswell.

Mince and noodles done kinda Dan Dan noodle style. Got the recipe from Kitchen Stories, and it's kinda because I'm having to substitute some ingredients, and I add extra veg. But it's seriously yum, and my lot love it.

My main grocery delivery arrives tomorrow and my supplies are running low. I had no idea what to make last night until your post provided inspiration! I made a lamb mince and peas curry with spaghetti (I may have also added lots of mash potatoes)! It was surprisingly tasty.

I have enough leftover for tonight’s dinner. Would it be wrong to grate some cheese over it....

this is on our list for the coming week;

-cream cheese and red pepper pinwheel wraps (lunch)
-sweet and mild chicken cocounut curry
-raison pancakes with caramel sauce (breakfast/brunch)
-chicken teriyaki sticks with rice and greens
-steak pie
-bangers and mash
-turkey burgers (I put chopped dried apricots in it)
-chicken fried steak with mash

Big posh chicken kievs, roast potatoes, steamed runner beans, little bit of cauliflower to use up and chantenay carrots.

Fajita Friday here and it was good!

McDonalds. I can’t wait for dh to get back with it.

Veg stew, rice and salad from Turkish takeaway 😋

We ordered Chinese food last night so will have that for dinner tonight.

We are have a pizza tonight! I'm gonna try and eat healthier from next week but we shall see how that goes 😂

heading to lidl this morning so may get something from there but if not I will make turkey meatballs and spaghetti its the children's favourite

I decided to go with Lidl so it's sausages, mash (mix of normal mash and swede mash) with sprouts, calvero Nero and gravy of course. Can't wait for dinner already!

Yesterday’s dinner pictured: celeriac and mustard mash with baked apple, black pudding and pork sausages.

Tonight we’re having chorizo, butter bean and spinach stew, and I’ll make a caraway rye bread to go with it.

Jacket potato with choice of toppings (cheese and coleslaw for me) and loads of salad.
