Ideas please. Completely lacking inspiration

Today was bargain pizza, home made potato wedges and compulsory salad! Yesterday was oxtail in red wine, celeriac purée & chips. My DP has been moaning about my cooking to his bf today. He's a cheeky git!

Tomorrow's plan is lamb steaks cut into bite sized chunks and dredged in ras el hanout, fried in olive oil on high heat for 4 minutes. Served with cous cous, hummus and salad. Scrumptious. A favourite we never tire of.

Spinach, bacon and pesto pasta

Chicken and Spinach curry with pilau rice and naan bread. I can't wait!

Lentil and bacon soup from the Pinch of Nom book. It's more of a broth than a soup. I made it last night so all i have to do is reheat it. I will get some bread from the farm shop to go with it

Chicken enchiladas - ds12's signature dish! He's assembling them at the moment.

Odd one tonight
Ds home from uni so had leftover keema from the freezer before he went out to a party
I had a really late lunch, Dh was starving so had beans on toast when he got home.
So we had cheese and biscuits about 9pm
