A 'tea tonight?' thread anyone?

So.... Is anyone interested in a thread where we all say what we are having for tea / dinner depending on where you live, and I can steal your lovely ideas. Hopefully we could share ideas?
We are having turkey burgers in buns with corn on the cob and salad tonight, homemade pizza tomorrow.

Had a three-course pub lunch , so it will be boiled eggs ("chopped up egg in a cup") and buttered toast.
Raspberries and natural yoghurt for afters.

Sea bass with lemon butter sauce, probably chocolate for pudding, as Ocado lost my box of Magnums.

I did homemadeish Chinese takeaway.
Chinese mushroom curry, sweet chilli green beans, bought snacks and garlic ginger noodles.
I served it in the cute wee American takeaway boxes I have.

We went to a beach pub/cafe. I had thai prawn curry and two pints of lemonade. DS had fish and chips and DH had crab and chilli linguine.

Tuna pasta bake here, with pecorino and shallot flatbreads. Basic but tasty!

Ha pippin we also have 'chopped up egg in a cup' as one of our easy meals

Got some crunchy lettuce that needs using up here so going to do self assemble tortillas with beans, rice, guacamole, cheese, salady bits and sour cream. Planning to toast the toddler's one so he can hold it a bit easier.

Tonight I'm making jerk sweet potato patties

Tonight is gonna be portuguese baked eggs with warm pittas to dip. If I can actually manage in this heat to cook.

Oooo office would love that recipe! Nothing nicer than a dippy egg!

Roast chicken mashed potatoes carrots and cabbage - kitchen is way too hot!

I made BLT tacos, first time I've bothered making a proper meal in days.

Teriyaki salmon and noodles for us - carefully chosen so as to spend minimum possible time hovered over the bloody hob! Soooo frigging hot

I'm bumping this thread as I've found it really useful!
Unfortunately having chicken kievs, hash browns and peas and sweetcorn so hardly gourmet tonight but needed to make room in the freezer.

I'm having chicken pastilla - spiced chicken thighs wrapped in filo pastry with onions, dates and apricots. Soooo Goood we've already had it three times this month! I stole the recipe from this blog www.timedeating.co.uk/chicken-pastilla

Steak burgers, veggie one for me, hm chips and Greek salad

Sweet chilli salmon, grilled sweet potatoes and plantain, couscous and some sort of veg concoction. (I am basically trying to use up what is left in the fridge and cupboards before the big shop!)

Bought blue cheese and pine nuts for a gnocchi bake thing I saw in Tesco Food Magazine last month, can't find the recipe so winging it - let's hope it's good!

We're having leftover curry from last night's takeaway. Dh ordered enough to feed a small army!

Last night, DH roasted baby potatoes and plain salmon, made hollandaise sauce (using knorr packet) and did a sort of fried mushrooms on the side.

I have buttered leeks out of the freezer for tonight - I was going to do cheesy leeky pasta for myself, but there are 2 leftover baby potatoes as well so might do something fried with both of the potatoes, leeks and an egg.

I like the sound of the gnocchi bake Office - I might try winging something myself tomorrow (home alone again!).

This. I've made it many times before and it's lovely. Tomorrow we are having Turkish pizza...

That sounds lovely, the gnocchi with leeks and blue cheese, though.
