So.... Is anyone interested in a thread where we all say what we are having for tea / dinner depending on where you live, and I can steal your lovely ideas. Hopefully we could share ideas?
We are having turkey burgers in buns with corn on the cob and salad tonight, homemade pizza tomorrow.

DH is coming home tonight after a week away with work sleeping in a hole, crapping in a bag and eating ration packs....so I assume a filthy Chinese takeaway will be in order Grin

SlimCheesy2 · 09/07/2016 13:21

Tonight we are having a simple cheese omlette and salad.

Sigh. It is warmish and humid here. Loving it.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 09/07/2016 14:36

We're having baked sweet potatoes, spiced vege, bought Jamaican pasties and mango salsa.

MotherofPearl · 09/07/2016 14:56

Trying to make a bit more effort as it's the weekend so making Nigel Slater's white bean sausages. There's a garlicky, anchovy mayonnaise to go with them, plus salad. Leftover chicken casserole for the DC as they won't eat the white bean sausages.

FromYesterday · 09/07/2016 15:22

Shrimp tempura udon for dinner tonight, although DS4 with ASD has requested sweetcorn and salad cream instead.

MelanieCheeks · 09/07/2016 18:09

Just cook from sainsbos chicken thighs in a mushroom and red wine sauce. Served with sweet potato wedges and tomato salad.

Allalonenow · 09/07/2016 21:38

Squid cooked in a shallot, tomato and rosé sauce.
Raspberries, greek yoghurt and honey with little meringues for pudding.
