I've made a couple recently that I want to show off to people... We could all go 'ooooh' at each other's efforts!

Baileys and Toblerone to be precise...

Lovely, I'm very impressed with your Rainbow cake! I've never tried Guinness cake - does it taste of Guinness? As we are showing off here's the cake I made for my daughter's second birthday Smile

The Guinness cake doesn't taste of Guinness, it just tastes of lovely moist chocolate cake and fresh whipped cream. It was yucky - said no one ever!

Ooh, that cola cake looks fab! There is no bigger disappointment than a dry chocolate cake Sad

I'll try and find my cheesecake recipe...

And a Crouching Tiger, Hidden Zebra, with a black forest twist filling

I think it had ganache and more cherries on top.

Cola cake recipe

My only comment is that is it a VERY runny batter style mix, so you need to properly line your springform tin!! :D

Cheesecake recipe c+p from another thread...

Blend together a 250g tub of room temperature marscapone cheese and a cup of icing sugar until well combined. Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Whip a 300ml tub of double cream until thick. If you are adding the baileys, add a good slug to the cream before whipping. Fold the whipped cream into the marscapone mixture, then fold in a large, very well chopped up toblerone. Pour onto biscuit base, smooth out the top and set in the fridge for at least four hours, but overnight is best...

I can confirm that this recipe also works very well with a chopped up half of a Terry's chocolate orange - for that version, I used chocolate digestives for the base and that was awesome...

I have also made the cheesecake topping without chocolate and instead swirled in some lemon curd, or passion fruit curd... You can play around with whatever flavours you like!
