I have come to the conclusion that I am the luckiest person in the world - I am healthy, fit and not obese, have a good education, a nice job, 2 well behaved, kind, clever, healthy daughters , a lovely husband and a well trained dog who does not jump up on people or bark incessantly.

these things just "happen" on mumsnet - they are a combination of genetics and luck..... I have obviously NEVER put ANY work into ANY of the above.... I am lucky......

well, I'm taking responsibility for my lucky-ducky-self and refusing to tie myself in knots over it any more.... there I go again.... preventing an ulcer.... or is it pure luck that I don't have one......

bye bye, thank you all for letting me know that I've wasted my life away trying so hard to get things the way I want them - my world would have been the same if I had done NOTHING..... since I am lucky you know.....

Well exactly MrsTigs, are you related to the hedgehog per chance or was that Tiggy Winkle?

ReggieJones · 12/06/2014 21:53

Fideliney · 12/06/2014 21:55

I think it's the smugness about HEALTH that's tipped me over, I mean WTF?

ReggieJones · 12/06/2014 21:57

I've only gone and sung a bit of Bee Gees on a thread about cleaning. Thought it might brighten the place up a bit if you know what I mean

From the Urban Dictionary Grin

flounce (fla?ns)

v. flounce, flounced, flounc•ing,

  • To leave an internet group or thread with exaggerated drama; deleting posts, notifying mods and or group users, and cross-posting on other groups to draw attention to the drama.

Comes from the original use of gathering up skirts and petticoats and leaving in dramatic, impatient and exaggerated movements. Wink

Too hot Reggie I'll mouth. And write out the lyrics in the back of my school book while looking tragic.

ReggieJones · 12/06/2014 22:01

I don't have the faintest Scooby doo whats going on Mary. But I feel like the beauty of music and song is overcoming the confusion, its bigger than that

KenDoddsDadsDog · 12/06/2014 22:01

My dog jumps up to steal cheese. I'm ashamed , sing me a song.

ReggieJones · 12/06/2014 22:01

Who can live without it
I ask in all honesty
Where would we be
Without a song or dance what would life on Mumsnet be?
