It would have to be the Conjuring for me, and I do not scare easily.
It doesn't help either that it's based on a true story.

Watched the decent at the cimina than had to drive over a hour into rural wales at night on unlit country roads Shock
did not check mirrors and got home was on own so went to sleep with all the lights on in the house

The film called the cube gave me nightmares for weeks

A 70's film called The Changling (not the one with Angelina Jolie).If you like a good ghost story, it is brilliant.
Stars George C Scott and it is soooo spooky.
