FANTABULOUS!!! How are you doing now? I see its been about a week since then - is it continuing? I pray that it does and just keeps getting better.

Yes, yes, I'm feeling much much better. Having some time alone in the house now the kids are back at school is fantastic and I've done a multitude of jobs already this week. All my enthusiasm for my DIY and crafting is coming back and I'm getting excited about new projects between now and Christmas.

I've cut down a bit on the wine and it's not now making me feel ill any more. I've also resumed dieting and am eating heaps of fresh vegetables every day as well as continuing to take the supplements recommended.

Am also starting one on one coaching with the Write Coach recommended to me by Fauve.

Had a bit of a blip with dh this week, started crying all over him in bed the other night, but it felt like something from the past healing, so I didn't mind.
