Has anybody ever actually gone to A&E because they were suicidal or just not coping?

What do they do? Do they let you go? Do they involve SS?

This is supposed to be a good book/self-help programme for bulimia. You may not be ready yet but it could be worth dipping into in your brighter moments?

ABitWrong · 04/08/2009 21:17

that looks really good scummymummy, thank you

I want to say again how much I appreciate everybody who has posted on here. Thank you so much for your kindness and advice and for sharing your stories.
I would like to thank you individually but my brain is knackered but you are all appreciated individually.

ErikaMaye I know you offered me your email but I don't think I have it. Probably me being useless.

Weegiemum yes please.

Passed crisis again. For now.

'Tis what we're here for, lovey! I hope you're feeling a bit better tonight..?

I'm trying to remember what book it was that I read that helped me come to terms with and recover from my first bout of bulimia... It was fantastic - wasn't one of those preechy "YOU MUST STOP DOING THIS BECAUSE" books, just rationalised and comforted in a very pleasent manner... If I remember I'll let you know

Huh, I could have sworn I added you lol! Would you like it? You're not being usless - just scatty (No offence intended, just me being silly!)

ABitWrong · 04/08/2009 23:56

bit better now, good to be in bed
I was crisissy nearly all day today
so naturally I am exhausted but not the least bit sleepy

Yes please to book info. And email.
I think we share an interest as well...darned memory!! Only a few minutes since I looked at your profile and I have forgotten.

ABitWrong · 05/08/2009 11:11

had emergency appt with GP this morning

I have citalopram and also asked for diazepam (well if I am going to be a junkie I may as well do it properly and diazepam was nice before)
BUUT when I got home I saw it said citalopram may affect reactions when driving so don't think I should take them

Am also being referred back to CMHT

Feel bit better for having done something

but not great
